401(k) Retirement Plan

All associates are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. We encourage all associates to participate in this company-sponsored retirement plan and offer a wide variety of investment options through our partners at The Principal Financial Group.

Associates may elect to contribute a portion of their pay, up to the IRS maximum, to the Old National Bancorp Employee Stock Ownership and Savings Plan (401(k)) account. In return, Old National matches and fully vests 100% of the first 6% of pretax contributions.
