Why work for Old National?
At Old National, we strive to be a "Best Place to Work." Not only are we dedicated to serving our clients, shareholders and the community, we’re committed to creating a company and a culture where our associates are empowered to grow and flourish, personally and professionally.
There is strong evidence to suggest we’re succeeding in this mission:
-
In Evansville, Ind., home of our corporate headquarters, the Chamber of Commerce awarded us its Family Friendly Business Award in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, citing our flexible work schedules and strong benefits program and our Nursing Mothers’ Program.
- We continue to improve upon our partnership culture by soliciting associates for feedback.
- All associates are invited to e-mail thoughts and ideas directly to CEO Bob Jones via his “Ask Bob” email account.
- Each quarter we survey associates and conduct focus groups on policies and benefits.
- Quarterly Town Hall meetings provide all associates an opportunity to share opinions.
- Our WorkLife program provides associates with practical solutions to achieve a healthy balance in their work and personal lives. Program features include alternative work schedules, adoption assistance, child- and elder-care referrals, financial and legal resources, counseling services and smoking cessation program.
- Associates are encouraged to volunteer and allotted two paid work hours a month for approved volunteer activities.
