• We continue to improve upon our partnership culture by soliciting associates for feedback. 
  - All associates are invited to e-mail thoughts and ideas directly to CEO Bob Jones via his “Ask Bob” email account. 
  - Each quarter we survey associates and conduct focus groups on policies and benefits. 
  

  - Quarterly Town Hall meetings provide all associates an opportunity to share opinions.  

• Our WorkLife program provides associates with practical solutions to achieve a healthy balance in their work and personal lives. Program features include alternative work schedules, adoption assistance, child- and elder-care referrals, financial and legal resources, counseling services and smoking cessation program.
• Associates are encouraged to volunteer and allotted two paid work hours a month for approved volunteer activities.
