Bob Jones leads this year's March of Dimes WalkAmerica as corporate chairperson

On April 28, 2007 March of Dimes hosted the Evansville WalkAmerica to raise awareness and money for premature babies. Bob Jones, President and CEO of Old National Bank led this year’s walk as the Corporate Chairperson. Right now, Evansville’s walk has surpassed the $100,000 mark in money raised. They are on track to reach their goal of $114,000 by this year’s end date of May 15th. Last year’s walk raised a total of $102,000.

Bob Jones hosted a water station in front of ONB for the walkers as they started their 3 mile walk for premature babies. Nearly 50 Old National Bank associates raised money and walked to show their support for this worthwhile cause. Team Co-Captains, Marsha Stewart and Latasha Goldsberry also held fundraisers at work and recruited additional walkers to raise money. In addition to fundraising, the WalkAmerica committee added the Memory Mile where local families constructed story boards to remember or honor their loved ones.
