Old National Honored as
“Champion of Diversity”

Old National was recently honored as a 2009 Champions of Diversity award recipient by the Indiana Minority Business Magazine. The fourth annual awards dinner was held in Indianapolis, and Randy Reichmann, Indianapolis Region President, accepted the award on behalf of ONB.

Old National was among 17 individuals and organizations recognized for hiring practices and efforts in diversity and outreach. “We are very honored to be nominated by an outside organization for this special award,” said Janet Heldt, Diversity and Worklife Director.

“Knowing that we’re recognized as a leader in this area by our partners and peers in the communities we serve is validating,” Randy Reichmann continued. “And I know that Old National’s efforts to explore and implement diversity programs will only continue to enhance our workplace, our client service and our community commitment in many different ways.”

Old National’s Champions of Diversity award is on display in the Wayne Henning Atrium of ON Place.
