SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards) A SAS 70 audit is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This audit is an in-depth audit of Employee Plans, LLC control objectives and control activities. As a result of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, the SAS 70 audit report is even more important to the process of reporting on the effectiveness on internal control over financial reporting. Through this report, our clients receive valuable information regarding the Employee Plans, LLC controls and the effectiveness of those controls.
