History
Employee Plans, Inc was created in 1974 as a formal service organization and established as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) in 1979. In 1998, Employee Plans, Inc was renamed Employee Plans, LLC. Employee Plans, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Old National Insurance. Employee Plans, LLC employs approximately 50 staff members serving the administrative needs of over 50 corporations.

SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards)
Employee Plans, LLC takes great pride in having their SAS 70, Level II, accreditation since 2004.

A SAS 70 audit is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This audit is an in-depth audit of Employee Plans, LLC control objectives and control activities. As a result of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, the SAS 70 audit report is even more important to the process of reporting on the effectiveness on internal control over financial reporting.

Through this report, our clients receive valuable information regarding the Employee Plans, LLC controls and the effectiveness of those controls. Our clients receive a detailed description of Employee Plans, LLC controls and an independent assessment of whether the controls were placed in operation, suitably designed, and operating effectively.
