ONBSecure is our Online Banking authentication system that further protects your confidential account information from phishing and pharming attempts.

How does ONBSecure work?

ONBSecure learns and monitors your Online Banking routine—the computers and web browsers you typically use, the time of day you typically bank online, etc. When you break from your normal routine, ONBSecure responds by asking one of the simple, pre-determined security questions that you set up and to which you provide an answer. ONBSecure also asks you one of your pre-determined security questions about once a month, as an additional identity check.

Setting up ONBSecure

• Log in to the Online Banking system with your logon ID and password.
• Select and provide answers to three ONBSecure questions.

You’ll need to do this just once.
