Disclosures:

1. Must deposit $50 to open savings account and establish an auto transfer from an Old National checking account. You may make six transfers each 4-week or similar period.

2. Proof of student status required annually for ONBU Student Checking, otherwise account reverts to Free Checking without ATM benefits. If account is closed within 180 days of open date, a $25 fee is assessed.

3. Interest rate and annual percentage yield depend upon the daily balance in the account. Interest is compounded and credited to the account quarterly.
