Volunteering is part of our culture.

Whether donating a few hours to their favorite charity, committing to a leadership role on a nonprofit board or helping with a company-sponsored community event, Old National associates are encouraged to volunteer. As a company, we believe it's a vital part of our mission to strengthen our communities and impact lives.

We support associate volunteerism in a number of ways. ONe Community, our formal company-wide volunteer program, communicates volunteer opportunities and tracks and recognizes associate volunteer efforts. Associates are encouraged and empowered to take advantage of up to two paid volunteer hours a month.
