Diversity Advisory Council
Sharing opportunity and responsibility
Old National’s commitment to diversity includes the formation of a Diversity Advisory Council. The role of the council is to surface new ideas, provide input and capture diverse perspectives. The council is comprised of 22 Old National associates representing a cross section of different geographic regions, business units and backgrounds. It meets quarterly to discuss ways to make the company stronger and advise the Diversity and Work Life team.
