Service to our communities takes many forms, including the following:
Products and services. In addition to ensuring our banking centers and ATMs are conveniently located, we continually work to develop products and services that effectively meet the daily financial management needs of all our clients.
Bank On. Our leadership in creating new pathways to safe and affordable banking products by bringing Bank On to fifteen Old National communities, and in supporting the creation of state-wide Bank On programs in Indiana and Illinois, has made Old National a nationally-recognized leader in this movement.
Financial Capability. Old National associates promote financial capability by offering training on budgeting, financial management, and credit throughout our communities. In partnership with the Indiana National Guard, we’re bringing financial management awareness to our Hoosier service members, and we’re supporting Ivy Tech Community College students in their goal of obtaining a college degree through our free financial coaching services. We also partner with community organizations to provide first-time home buyer education.
Volunteerism. Our associate volunteers energize our community service efforts. Each associate receives two paid hours of company time per month to volunteer for approved non-profits. In 2011, our associates volunteered nearly 77,000 hours of their time to support organizations in their communities.
