119 of 140 units are set aside for low and very low‐income residents of Indianapolis, and the facility’s amenities include a fitness center, business center, hospitality room, playground
and pool.

The Arbors at Eastland

100 percent of The Arbors' 176 units serve families with incomes at or below 60% of median area income.

Greenwood Apartments

Greenwood Apartments opened in 1970 on land donated by Mt. Moriah Church for the purpose of providing housing for low‐ and moderate‐income families and displaced families, where no adequate housing existed for such groups. Greenwood Apartments hosts the Greenwood Community Networks Center, a Neighborhood Network that improves computer access, advances literacy, prepare residents to take advantage of employment opportunities, and provides access to healthcare information and other social services.

Smart Products

Founded in 1993, Smart Products has placed more than 2,000 machines in pallet recycling operations in the United States, and worldwide, including locations in Canada, England, France, Africa, Mexico, New Zealand, and Australia. Smart Products has ten employees and is located in a moderate‐income area of Delaware County, Indiana. Old National’s investment has helped create environmental sustainability, job creation and economic growth for the community.

Diversified Instrument Services

Small business creation and job retention are supported by Old National's investment in this electrical repair shop, located in a moderate-income area of Evansville. The company has eight employees.
