Work LifeSupport for balancing work and home lifeOld National is committed to supporting all facets of Work-Life Fit, including family, community, wellness and work schedules. We believe that helping our associates balance work with home life results not only in a more productive workforce, but also in the development of stronger families and communities. Our efforts have been recognized with numerous awards related to workplace flexibility, health benefits and support of associate volunteerism. Old National earned the 2013 Work-Life Seal of Distinction from WorldatWork's Alliance for Work-Life Progress. In 2012 and 2011, we received the Worklife Award from the Evansville-Area Human Resources Association (EHRA) for benefits and programs available to Old National associates throughout our company. ONe Community Volunteer ProgramWe encourage and support our associates, as they engage in community volunteerism and serve in areas where they have a particular passion. Associates each receive two hours of paid time per month to volunteer at the charity of their choice, including their child's school. Because of the great success of the ONe Community Volunteer Program, Old National was recognized nationally in 2010 with the Corporate Engagement Award of Excellence from the Points of Light Foundation. Workplace Flexibility and BenefitsMany Old National associates participate in diverse work options to help them balance work performance goals and personal needs. These options include alternative scheduling, compressed work weeks, working from home, flex hours and job sharing. Associates work with their managers to determine the options available to them. In addition, Old National associates take advantage of a wide range of benefits aimed at improving and supporting many aspects of their lives – such as family, education, health and wellness, and retirement.
