Monday, August 25 - United Bank & Trust locations opened as Old National Bank.
Monday, September 15 - United online banking and Business WebConnect will be permanently shut down.
Friday, October 31 - Any applicable monthly service charges appear on your statement. Beginning October 31, accounts will be charged for any October activity that may apply to your Old National account.
Saturday, November 22 - Remember to shred your United checks, as this is the last day they will be accepted.
Having trouble with your debit card?
Some clients may be experiencing issues with their new Old National debit/ATM card related to the Personal Identification Number (PIN). We apologize for any inconvenience. If your card is affected, you will be receiving a mailing from Old National Bank in the next few days.
• Continue to use your current United debit/ATM card and PIN.
• Use your Old National debit card by having transactions processed with a signature, rather than a PIN. Simply select “Credit” for your transaction and no PIN is required.
If you have not received the mailing with your new PIN for your Old National debit/ATM card by Tuesday, August 27, 2014, please call our Client Care team to have your PIN reset.
