Having trouble with your debit card?
Some clients may be experiencing issues with their new Old National debit/ATM card related to the Personal Identification Number (PIN). We apologize for any inconvenience. If your card is affected, you will be receiving a mailing from Old National Bank in the next few days.
• Continue to use your current United debit/ATM card and PIN.
• Use your Old National debit card by having transactions processed with a signature, rather than a PIN. Simply select “Credit” for your transaction and no PIN is required.
If you have not received the mailing with your new PIN for your Old National debit/ATM card by Tuesday, August 27, 2014, please call our Client Care team to have your PIN reset.
In the meantime, if you have questions we are here to help you in any way we can. Please contact our Client Care team at 1-800-934-6496, Monday-Friday, 8am to 9pm and Saturday, 9am to 4pm, ET.
