eStatements & eAlerts

Make banking easier with these eServices.

Reduce paper clutter and receive information faster with these convenient electronic services that are part of Online Banking.

eStatements

There are many benefits to signing up for secure,
no-cost  eStatements at Old National. With eStatements, view copies of your statements online that look just like the paper version.

Your eStatement is protected by the latest in secure technology, and less information in your mailbox means fewer worries about theft. Also, eStatements typically arrive sooner than paper statements. We notify you by email when your eStatement is ready, and you can log on to Online Banking to see, print or copy a limited number of previous statements. It's a recommended best practice to print or save your statements to your own computer for future reference. Call our Client Care team at 1-800-731-2265 if you have trouble saving your eStatements.

It’s easy to sign up for eStatements:

  • Log on to your Old National Online Banking
  • Select the eOptions tab
  • Check the box by each account for which you want eStatements

Your eStatement will replace your next paper statement. We're sure you'll prefer eStatements, but you can return to paper statements if you change your mind.

Simple steps to saving your eStatements:

  • Log into Online Banking
  • Click on the eStatement tab
  • Click on Display next to the account and statement date you wish to save
  • Click the Save symbol (visible in a gray bar near the top)
  • Save to the location of your choice

eAlerts and eNotices

Don’t wait for a monthly bank statement to learn of certain account events. Instead sign up for eAlerts and eNotices through Online Banking. 

With eAlerts, receive notifications through email or secure bank mail when these activities occur:

  • Current account balance is over or under a certain amount
  • Direct deposit goes into an account
  • Withdrawal or deposit exceeds a certain amount

eNotices let you know when your account is overdrawn. You receive an email asking you to log in to Online Banking to view your eNotice, so you are aware of overdrafts sooner than you would be with a paper notice sent by mail.

To set up eAlerts and eNotices. . .

  • Log on to your Old National Online Banking.
  • For eAlerts, click on Alerts and choose the types of eAlerts you want to receive.
  • For eNotices, click the eOptions tab and check the box by Overdraft eNotices.

You can cancel both through Online Banking at any time.
