eAlerts and eNoticesA simple way to keep track of your account. What if you could be notified about certain account activity – without having to wait for a monthly bank statement or notice in the mail? Even better, what if you could have this information at your fingertips at no extra cost? You can with Old National eAlerts and eNotices. These two tools notify you electronically of certain account events designated by you. Both services are available through Old National OnlineTM Banking. WHAT ARE eALERTS? With eAlerts, you can receive notification of account activity like the following:
eAlerts are available for deposit and loan accounts and can be set to notify you for a certain time period or indefinitely. Choose to be notified at your own email or through secure bank mail within Online Banking. WHAT ARE eNOTICES? An eNotice is an electronic version of paper notices you would typically receive in the mail. At this time, our eNotices are limited to notification if your account is overdrawn. Once you sign up for eNotices, you will no longer receive the paper version. For security purposes, the actual eNotice is not emailed to you. Instead, you receive an email telling you to log in to Online Banking to view your eNotice. HOW DO I SET UP eALERTS AND eNOTICES? Log on to your Old National Online Banking. For eAlerts, click on Alerts and choose the types of eAlerts you want to receive. For eNotices, click the eOptions tab and check the box by Overdraft eNotices.
