As Old National continues implementing specific and intentional strategies to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities throughout our footprint, we’ve fostered an incredible relationship with the University of Michigan’s Services for Students with Disabilities Office.

Internships are a spectacular way for students to gain experience and exposure to the employment world, and improve their skills as future candidates for employment. On the employer side, internships serve as an opportunity for employers to evaluate those students and recruit them as future employees.

Our commitment to disability inclusion has led to the launch of a unique pilot internship program in partnership with the UM Services for Students with Disabilities Office, where we are recruiting students directly from the disability population to gain exposure within our workforce.
