Leadership Accountability.
Leadership is accountable for successful implementation and alignment of our diversity and inclusion goals. Each executive leader is responsible for identifying specific goals and actions for their areas of responsibility, and executive compensation  is linked to progress on meeting objectives.

Executive Inclusion Council

Co-chaired by our Chairman & CEO and Director of Diversity & Inclusion, the Executive Inclusion Council is comprised of leaders from within  the company. Its purpose is to drive greater alignment of our diversity and inclusion efforts  with organizational business objectives.

Associate Resource Groups

Our ARGs create awareness and understanding  of diverse backgrounds and experiences. These groups partner with departments and business  lines to support professional development  programs, assist with recruitment and retention, identify market opportunities, drive business development, and support community outreach.

We currently have seven groups, which represent various dimension of diversity including:

  • African American Business Resource Group
  • Military Veterans Resource Group
  • Nexus Young Professionals
  • Pride: LGBT & Allies
  • TODOS: Latino Associate Resource Group
  • Women LEAD
