We hope you're enjoying all the benefits your HSA has to offer, but we know it can sometimes be confusing. Well, not to worry – our services don't stop after you've opened your account. In fact, they're just beginning. We're your year-round, HSA partner here at The HSA Authority at Old National Bank. We want to make sure you get the very most out of your HSA, by providing you the resources you need to answer any question or fulfill any need.
Your primary resource is online, at TheHSAauthority.com. There, you'll find all of the general information you'll need like federal guidelines, which expenses are eligible for payment, and the answers to all the questions that have already been asked...frequently...in our FAQ segment.
You'll also find useful tools, like calculators, that compare a high-deductible health plan with HSA to a traditional plan. You can even use this tool to calculate the future value of your HSA. Cool, huh?
There's a client library where you'll find forms for making changes to your account, like a Change of Address Form; Additional Authorized Signer Form; a Name Change Form; an HSA Transfer Form. You can also submit your Address Change by clicking “Contact Us” when you're logged in to our online banking site.
This library also contains such documents as “HSAs And Medicare,” “HSAs and Retirement,” “Medical Cost Savings Tips,” and a wealth of other informational documents just too numerous to mention.
And, if you're thinking about enrolling in an HSA, you'll find basic information and sign-up instructions.
Not comfortable doing things online? Well you can speak directly to a real, live HSA expert by calling 1-888-472-8697, Monday thru Saturday, during our convenient call-in hours. Or, just drop us an email at info@theHSAauthority.com, and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Yep...we're here for you...year 'round, at TheHSAauthority.com.
