Our partners should reflect our communities.
At Old National, we believe that a true commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion needs to include measurable actions. That’s why we take steps to ensure our vendors and other business partners represent the full spectrum of our diverse communities.
We value the importance of small businesses and businesses owned by minorities, women, disabled individuals, veterans and more.
“We believe that every aspect of our company should reflect the incredible diversity we find in the communities we serve—and that includes the groups we do business with every day.”
- Roland Shelton, Chief Strategic Business Partnership Officer
Our commitment in 2020:
Diverse suppliers from: Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin (plus an additional 24 states)
Diverse supplier certification recognized by Old National
We identify suppliers through our partnership with CVM, a supplier.io company. Many of the nearly 1 million suppliers listed in CVM’s database have diversity status certified by a third-party agency (including states, municipalities, private sector agencies, NMSDC, etc.).
CVM provides these resources for diverse or minority-owned small businesses who want to be included in the CVM database:
- Determining if you qualify to be classified as a minority-owned business
- Registering as a supplier with CVM
