Old National offers an in-house training department and accompanying intranet website known as ONUniversity. At any time, any associates can visit ONUniversity to take advantage of countless career planning and personal development resources including online assessment tools designed to help them better align their career with their skills, values and goals; leadership development book lists; and career and leadership development webinars and online courses.
The ONUniversity site also features a calendar of in-house training classes that are available to associates, pending managerial approval. Course topics range from sales-focused training to program-based training, such as mastering Excel.
Another leadership development opportunity available to all associates is DRIVE (Diversity Resource Initiative Via Engagement). Led by a multicultural group of associates, the DRIVE initiative focuses on professional development, networking and relationship building, and employee engagement.
