Your convenience is important to us, and we miss seeing you! So we've begun opening our lobbies again—on a community-by-community basis and with additional safety measures.
We’re looking at each individual location’s situation, as well as recommendations from the state and local levels, so some banking centers will continue to offer service by drive-thru or appointment only. Open lobbies will have modified hours, including special hours for those who are more at-risk. Check our locator to see the status of a banking center before visiting.
Of course, as always, you can reach out directly to your Relationship Manager or Treasury Management contact.
Nearly all of our banking center lobbies are open with modified hours and additional safety precautions. Please check our locator for information about a specific location. The number of visitors allowed inside each location is limited, so appointments can be made in advance to ensure available space. All our locations continue to serve you at our drive-thru windows (where available).
Most of our banking center lobbies have re-opened. While most no longer require an appointment to enter the lobby, we are limiting the number of people in the branch, so an appointment is highly recommended.
Please visit our locator for the status and hours of a specific location.
As we have re-opened most banking centers, we have implemented additional safety precautions, including masks. You can expect all our team members to wear protective masks when they are not able to effectively social distance, and all visitors are encouraged to wear masks as well. In cities and states where masks are now required, we are following those mandates for our team members and clients.
As we have re-opened most of our banking centers, we are limiting the number of people who can be inside the lobby at one time. If the banking center is at capacity, our greeter will ask you to wait outside or use the drive-thru when possible. Appointments may be made in advance to ensure available space.
You can schedule an appointment to visit a banking center, by calling the location directly or making an appointment online through our website.
If you need to find a nearby location, with phone number and hours, you can do so through our locator at oldnational.com/locations. Each banking center on our locator also has a Make an Appointment button for online scheduling.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, many of our banking centers have special appointment hours, including time reserved for those deemed high-risk. Please see oldnational.com/locations for details about your banking center.
Note: Currently, we are not able to use online scheduling to make appointments for Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Investments or Mortgage Lending. To schedule an appointment with one of these areas, please call the appropriate number below:
Our banking centers do have special hours reserved for COVID-19 high-risk clients. In most situations, appointments for high-risk clients will be available between 8am and 9am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please use our locator to schedule an appointment at a specific location.
