Is there a charge for ONBSecure?
Absolutely not. We recognize the importance of keeping you and your account information safe and we are providing ONBSecure to all Online Banking clients as a free and mandatory service.

Can I opt out of using ONBSecure?
Because we value the security of your data, we are making ONBSecure usage mandatory. You must set up ONBSecure to access the Online Banking system.

Can I choose to answer a security question each time I log on?
Yes. If you would like to answer a security question each time you log on to Online Banking, regardless of your login behavior, please contact 1-800-731-2265, option 5. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I change my security questions after I've already set them up?

Who can I talk to if I have additional questions?
Feel free to contact our eBanking Support Services department at 1-800-731-2265, option 5, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

What if I forget the answer to my question?
If you enter an incorrect answer three consecutive times, your Online Banking account will become locked. To unlock your account, call the eBanking Support Services department at 1-800-731-2265, option 5.

Do other financial institutions offer something similar?
Yes. In response to account fraud and identity theft, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) provided a guidance (FIL-103-2005) regarding authentication to all banks offering Internet-based financial services. The guidance states that a simple logon ID and password are no longer adequate for transactions involving access to customer information or the movement of funds, and that banks must implement other controls to mitigate risks.
