KleinBank is now Old National Bank.
KleinBank is now Old National Bank.
We hope you've had a chance to review your welcome packet and other communication for more information about this transition, but we are here to help if you have any questions.
Our Transition Assistant will guide you through the steps you should take for a smooth conversion to Old National.
Continue to use your KleinBank ATM or debit card through Sunday, April 14 at any current Old National location or Moneypass ATM. KleinBank ATM locations also may be used, but these ATMs will experience interruptions of service as they are converted.
Beginning April 15, use your Old National ATM or debit card at any Old National location or Allpoint partner ATM (which are often found in retailers such as Target, Walgreens, CVS and Costco). You can find a complete list at oldnational.com/locations.
Please note: Old National does not provide free access to the MoneyPass® ATM network. When you use your Old National card, withdrawals from MoneyPass as well as other out-of-network ATMs are $2.50, plus any additional fees from the ATM owner.
Many clients were able to keep their same account numbers.
If your account number changed, you should have received notification by mail. And, if you did receive a new account number, we’ll reach out to any sources of direct deposits and recipients of automatic payments to inform them of the change. Please confirm that your information has been updated with them after April 15.
Each financial institution has its own identifiable routing number. Your account's routing number will be the Old National routing number, 086300012, beginning Saturday, April 13. Please do NOT use this number until your account has transferred on April 15.
If you have a checking account, you should have received a limited-time offer to order free, complimentary checks for your new account. This is a one-time offer that will be available from April 15 until June 29 only. You are also welcome to continue using your KleinBank checks until you run out; they will be accepted for at least two years.
If you have an existing direct deposit to your KleinBank account, it will transfer to your new Old National account.
Beginning Monday, April 15, we’ll monitor all direct deposit transactions and notify senders that your routing number has changed to 086300012. Some companies may require that the change notification come directly from you, so please confirm that
your information has been updated with your direct deposit senders.
If a company doesn’t respond to our Notification of Change request, you may also hear from us to let you know you’ll need to contact them directly to make the change.
Your Bill Payee information, as well as future-dated and recurring payments that you have set up through your KleinBank account, will automatically transfer to your Old National account.
Direct deposits and automatic withdrawals using your checking account number should process as normal. As a best practice, we encourage clients to confirm all ACH transactions (automatic transactions such as direct deposits) as well as any recipients of automatic payments – including subscription-based services, third-party payment services and utilities – that they have updated their records with the new Old National account number and/or the Old National routing number: 086300012. Confirmation should be made on or after Monday, April 15.
If you currently use KleinBank Online Banking, you will automatically have access to Online Banking at Old National at 7am Monday, April 15.
Many Digital Banking clients will be able to keep their current User IDs and Passwords. Watch your mail for more information about your login credentials.
We’ll also send you a Quick Start Guide to help you log in for the first time, set up alerts and download the mobile app.
Remember, after you log in to the Old National system, you’ll need to re-establish any Popmoney and External Transfers you created in KleinBank’s Online Banking system.
At 6pm Friday, April 12, KleinBank Online Banking will go into view-only mode, with access through 7am Tuesday, May 14. During this time, you will log in to KleinBank Online Banking as you normally do and will be able to view and print transaction history and eStatements, as well as download transactions that have posted through April 12 into Quicken and QuickBooks.
You will not have access through KleinBank Mobile Banking.
Remember, Tax Day is April 15! To be prepared, print out any required eStatements prior to April 12. Final KleinBank paper statements will be mailed and will reflect account activity from your last statement date through Friday, April 12.
Payees and scheduled payments you have established in KleinBank Bill Pay by 11pm Thursday, April 11 will automatically transfer to Old National Bill Pay at 7am Monday, April 15. Items scheduled for payment on or before Friday, April 12 will be processed by KleinBank Bill Pay. Items scheduled for payment after Friday, April 12 will be processed by Old National Bill Pay. Please note: You will not be able to make any changes or cancel any payments between 11pm Thursday, April 11 and 7am Monday, April 15. Any updates and new payments will need to be completed through Old National Bill Pay starting April 15.
The first time you log in to Old National Bill Pay, please verify all your payee and payment information is scheduled with sufficient time for processing.
The information you have entered into your Money Management profile will automatically transfer to the Money Management section in your Old National Online Banking account.
We recommend that you download or print any of your KleinBank statements prior to 8am Friday, April 12, though you will still have access to these statements through the view-only mode in your KleinBank Online Banking until 7am Tuesday, May 14.
If you are currently signed up for eStatements at KleinBank, simply logging in to Old National Online Banking will continue your enrollment in eStatements. Follow the steps outlined in the Online & Mobile Banking Quick Start Guide, which should have arrived by mail the week of April 1, for more information.
Clients will receive a final KleinBank paper statement in the mail that will reflect account activity from your last statement date through Friday, April 12.
If you have a KleinBank ATM or debit card, you’ll automatically receive an Old National ATM or debit card by Visa® in the mail. Please note: To protect your safety, cards are sent in plain white envelopes with no identifying information. Take care not to accidentally discard it.
Continue to use your KleinBank ATM or debit card through April 14. As of April 15, you can use your Old National card; be sure to follow the instructions on your card to activate it and select your PIN. Once you’ve completed your first successful transaction or withdrawal with your new card, you may cut up or shred your KleinBank card.
Your Old National daily withdrawal, purchase and account transfer limits will not be any lower than your KleinBank card limits, and you can use your card anywhere you see the Visa® or PLUS® symbols.
