    • At least one borrower must currently be employed either full-time or part-time in one of the eligible professions
    • Can be used for a primary residence only
    • No additional real estate can be owned at the time of close
    • Property type must be one-unit (detached, attached or condo)
    • Down payment as low as 0% for Community Experts and 1% for Community Heroes
    • Max loan amount of $726,200
    • Minimum credit score of 720

    • Chartered Financial Analysts
    • Ph.D.s
    • Architects
    • Certified Mortgage Bankers

    • Public or private education institution
    • Fire department
    • Federal, state or local government law enforcement agency
    • Medical care provider, including but not limited to:
      • Hospitals
      • Physicians’ offices and medical practices

      • Assisted living facilities
      • Skilled nursing facilities
      • Home health agencies
      • Nurses, all designations including a certified nursing assistant (CNA)
      • Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics
