About Christian

Christian was born and raised in the metro Detroit area, but fell in love with West Michigan just over 20 years ago while attending Grand Valley State University. During his 16+ years of mortgage lending experience, Christian has not only produced an exceptionally high level of closed loan volume year over year, but more importantly has earned a reputation throughout West Michigan as a lender committed to serving the best interests of his clients as well as the community at large. While regarded by his peers as an expert in all manner of loans related to home purchasing, new construction, and investment property financing, his clients have most often described Christian as sincere, straightforward, encouraging, hardworking, and trustworthy. He attributes much of his success over the years to placing such a strong emphasis on communication with all parties involved on every transaction to insure a smooth and efficient loan process from pre-qualification to closing. It’s this type of attention to detail that has earned him distinction as a highly regarded and valued lending partner throughout the real estate industry.
Christian was recognized for a number of local and state awards in baseball during his prep playing days around metro Detroit before coming to play at GVSU, and sports in general continue to be a big part of his life. He, his wife Staci, and three children ranging in age from 2 - 12 years, have called Grandville home since 2005. Christian is also a very active member within his local Church, and over the years has attached himself to many charitable projects across the region. He was recently installed and serves currently as an ordained Deacon within the Reformed Church of America, while continuing to be an avid supporter and participant in the Kid’s Hope Youth Mentoring program as well.

On a $230,000, 5-1 ARM amortized over 20 years with an initial interest rate of 4.625% with an annual percentage rate of 4.451%, after fixed-period of 5 years the rate may increase annually; individual adjustments are capped at 2% first, 2% subsequent and rate can never increase by more than the lifetime cap of 5%.
