A Place Where You Can Be You

At Old National, our team members are our greatest asset. The diverse experiences, skills and backgrounds our team members bring to work every day are what make us successful. We are committed to nurturing an inclusive culture to retain our talented individuals and help them reach their full potential.

We follow an inclusion strategy that focuses on four pillars — People, Culture, Society and Business — to achieve our mission of exceeding client, team member, and shareholder expectations.

    Veteran Engagement and Talent Inclusion

Building strong, authentic relationships with the veteran community is a key part of how we approach inclusive talent practices. Through the Military Veterans Impact Network partnership with the veteran community and our Talent Acquisition team, we focus on long term relationship building that supports veteran recruitment and fosters an environment of belonging across the organization.

This work includes ongoing engagement with trusted community organizations and participation in collaborative events and initiatives that strengthen outreach and connection. These efforts support the hiring of veterans while also encouraging team members with military experience to self identify and engage with internal resources and networks.

Our partnerships within the veteran community also extend beyond hiring — we strengthen external relationships and advance shared goals rooted in trust, alignment, and long term impact.

    Disability Inclusion and Workforce Access

We are committed to increasing representation of individuals with disabilities at all levels of our workforce. Our recruitment efforts reflect this commitment. Our outreach efforts help ensure that individuals with disabilities are given equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and the hiring process. Reasonable accommodations are provided to all team members to maintain a high level of engagement and productivity.

In addition to our internal efforts, we work to help individuals with disabilities gain successful employment through our community partnerships.

From an early age, Jeff Boudreau knew he wanted to be a Marine. Years later, when he transitioned to civilian life, he found a home at Old National Bank, where he’s helped shape our culture and commitment to service.

Impact Networks

We encourage and support Impact Networks to create awareness and understanding of the diverse backgrounds and experiences represented throughout our company. These groups partner with departments and lines of business to support professional development programs, assist with recruitment and retention, identify unique market opportunities, help drive business development and support community outreach. Participation is open to all team members who are interested in and support the mission/objectives of the group, regardless of individual background.
