Timothy Burke

President and Chief Operating Officer


Tim Burke is President and Chief Operating Officer of Old National Bancorp. Prior to joining Old National, he was Executive Vice President of the Central Region and Field Enablement for the Commercial Bank at KeyBank.

Prior to that, Tim served as a KeyBank Regional Sales Executive and as the organization’s Northeast Ohio Market President with responsibility for driving collaboration for 3,500 employees across all business lines. He also spent 11 years with National City Corporation where he rose to Managing Director, SVP of Corporate Banking. He then spent seven years as President and CEO of FirstMerit Bank’s Central Region, where he led the Commercial and Real Estate teams as well as the Energy and Franchise Finance Groups for the full bank.

Tim is a Board member and the Finance & Investment Chair for Akron’s Children’s Hospital, a founding board member of the Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism, a member of the Senior Players Championship Council, and a member of the Blue Coats of Summit County, an organization that provides support for first responders and their families.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from John Carroll University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
