Preparing for Your Transition

Later this year, your Bremer commercial banking accounts and treasury management services will transition to Old National Bank. You’ll continue to be supported by the team you trust, now backed by expanded resources, a broader network and the strength of one of the top commercial banks in the region. We remain committed to delivering the same high level of service you value.

The Integration Center is your central resource for transition updates. We’ll continue to add new information as key dates approach, so we encourage you to check back regularly to help your business prepare.

Here’s a look at what's ahead as we prepare for the transition of your deposit and loan accounts and services on October 20, 2025.  

NOTE: If you are a Bremer Investments (Raymond James) or Bremer Wealth client, or have an employee-sponsored retirement plan with Bremer, those accounts will transition on a different timeline.*

  • Through Summer

    Getting Acquainted

    • Take a moment to review the overview of the transition ahead provided here and via email.
    • Continue to work with your Relationship Manager and bank as usual during this time.
  • Mid to Late September

    A First Look at Your Account Changes

    • Details about the transition of your deposit accounts will be mailed to your business address.
    • You’ll receive a mailing with online banking and Treasury Management services transition details.
    • This page will be updated with additional information to help prepare for the transition. 
  • Early to Mid October

    Stay Informed as the Transition Approaches

    • You’ll receive information in the mail about the transition of business and commercial loans.
    • Email reminders will be sent in advance of transition weekend.
  • October 20, 2025

    Your Accounts Move to Old National

    • Your Bremer deposit and loan accounts transition to accounts at Old National.
    • You can begin accessing your accounts and Treasury Management services through ONPointe TreasuryTM. or Small Business Digital Banking.

* Employer-sponsored retirement plans with Bremer will transition October 1. Bremer Wealth will be introduced to the Old National Wealth Management service models on October 20, but accounts won’t transition until 2026. Bremer Investments (Raymond James) accounts will transition November 10.

GENERAL INFORMATION

A. Later this year, your Bremer commercial accounts and Treasury Management services will move to Old National Bank. You’ll benefit from enhanced capabilities, more resources, expanded commercial banking solutions and continued support from the team you trust. We’ll provide detailed information well in advance, including any steps required to ensure a seamless transition for your business.

A: Old National Bank provides a comprehensive suite of services including tailored commercial checking accounts, advanced digital banking and Treasury Management tools, and a wide range of commercial credit and financing options designed to support your short- and long-term business goals.

BRANCHES AND ATMS

A: Yes, you’ll continue to work with the same team you know and trust.

A: You can already withdraw cash from any Old National banking center ATM without a surcharge fee. When your accounts transition to Old National on October 20, you’ll be able to visit any Old National banking center for expanded convenience and in-person support. You’ll also gain surcharge-free access to 55,000+ Allpoint® ATMs worldwide beginning October 20.1

A: Bremer Bank branches will be rebranded as Old National Bank banking centers. Once your transition is complete, you’ll be able to access your Old National accounts at any former Bremer branch and all other Old National locations.

DIGITAL BANKING AND TREASURY MANAGEMENT

A: When your accounts move to Old National on October 20, your online and mobile access will switch a new platform based on what services your business uses. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions by mail and email ahead of the transition to help you log in and get started.

A: Your current Treasury Management services will be transitioned to Old National solutions and platforms. To support you through this change, we’ll be updating the Treasury Management Integration Center with detailed guidance, product information and onboarding resources as they become available.

ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND CHECKS

A: Your deposit account number will remain the same, with a few exceptions. However, most loan account numbers will be updated. If any changes are made to your account number(s), you will receive a notification by mail.

A: You can continue using your current Bremer Bank checks after your checking account transitions to Old National. Your current Bremer checks will be accepted for at least two years from the date of the account transition. If you’d like to order Old National checks after October 20, you may do so through digital banking or by visiting a banking center.

LOANS

A: The terms and conditions of your loans will not change. You will have a new payment address, which will be included on your first loan statement from Old National after the transition.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT

A:

  • If you have an employer-sponsored retirement plan with Bremer, those accounts will transition to 1834 Investment Advisors (a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp) on October 1, 2025.
  • Bremer Wealth will be introduced to the Old National Wealth Management service models on October 20, 2025, but accounts won’t transition until 2026.
  • Bremer Investments (Raymond James) accounts will transition November 10, 2025.

You will receive separate communications well in advance with details. In the meantime, please continue using your existing accounts and services and working with your wealth team as usual.
