Your New Digital Banking Experience Begins October 20

Starting Monday, October 20, 2025, you can effortlessly manage your Old National business accounts from your desktop or through the Old National Mobile Banking app.

Please review the important details and action items below to ensure a smooth transition of your digital banking services. For your convenience, we’ve also mailed this information to you.

Your New Digital Banking Experience Begins October 20

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16

Last day to access Bill Pay services through Bremer Business Online Banking.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17

Last day to access all accounts and services through Bremer Business Online Banking; final ACH files will be processed at 1:30pm, wire transfer services will end at 4pm and online banking will end at 6pm.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18 – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19

Digital banking services will not be available through the weekend as we complete the transition.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 20

\Access your new Old National accounts through Old National Small Business Digital Banking at oldnational.com or through the Old National Mobile app.

Important Actions to Take Now

To ensure a seamless transition to Old National Small Business Digital Banking on Monday, October 20, please complete the steps below before your current Bill Pay services become unavailable on October 16 and all other Bremer Business Online Banking services shut down on October 17.

  • Confirm your mobile number and email address in Bremer Online Banking so you can receive a one-time passcode at login and all important updates.
  • Download and save Bill Pay information from Bremer Business Online Banking—your payees, scheduled payments, and one year of Bill Pay history will transfer to Old National, but you may want a copy for reference.
  • Download and save any transaction history since your last statement, including images of deposit tickets and paid checks and any custom reports you’d like to retain.
  • Note any alerts you’ve set up so you can reestablish them after logging in.

    What Will Transfer Automatically

    The following will carry over and be available when you log in beginning Monday, October 20:

    • Your business accounts and user entitlements
    • Access to ACH and Wires, including saved templates, if you currently use these services
    • Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments and one year of Bill Pay history
    • Scheduled internal transfers
    • eStatement preference and up to two years of eStatement history (with up to seven years of history appearing in the near future)
    • Account nicknames
    • Autobooks access

    What You’ll Need to Reestablish

    The following won’t carry over to Small Business Digital Banking but can be set up again after your first login.

    • Customized alerts (options may differ from Bremer)
    • Connections to Quicken® or QuickBooks®
    • Reports
    • Note: Past transaction history, including images of deposit tickets and paid checks, will not be transferred to the new platform, and debit card alerts will no longer be a feature

    How to Log in on October 20

    • Visit oldnational.com or download the Old National Mobile Banking app (you can delete the Bremer app from your device at that time)
    • Enter your current Bremer User ID or the new User ID we sent to you, then enter your current password to log in
    • After entering your credentials, you’ll receive a one-time passcode by text and will be prompted to create a new password

    Important Notes

    • To retain digital banking, Bill pay and eStatement access, you must log in by December 15 and accept the Digital Banking terms and conditions
    • If you also have personal accounts, you can access those accounts separately through Old National Personal Digital Banking

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Access to Old National Small Business Digital Banking begins on Monday, October 20, 2025.

A: Access to Bill Pay services through Bremer Business Online Banking will end on Thursday, October 16. Access to all other Bremer Business Online and Mobile Banking services will end on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 6pm. There will be no digital banking access during transition weekend.

A: Yes. Before existing services are no longer available, we recommend you complete the following:

Before October 16

  • Download and save Bill Pay information – your payees, scheduled payments, and one year of Bill Pay history will transfer but you may want a copy for reference.

Before October 17

  • Confirm your US mobile phone number and email address in Bremer Business Online Banking so you can receive a one-time passcode during your first login.
  • Download and save any transaction history since your last statement.
  • Save images of any deposit tickets and paid checks you’d like to retain.
  • Note any alerts you've set up so you can reestablish them after logging in.
  • Download and save any custom reports you’d like to keep.

A: You'll log in using your existing Bremer User ID or, in some cases, the new User ID we sent to you. Once you enter your User ID, enter your current password to log in.

A: Yes. Once you log in, you’ll find your Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and one year of history have all carried over.

A: Going forward, you’ll have access to your business accounts through Small Business Digital Banking and your personal accounts through Old National Personal Digital Banking.

Business accounts:

  • Use your current Bremer Business Online Banking User ID or the new User ID we sent to you, along with your current password to log in to Small Business Digital Banking beginning October 20 to access your business accounts.
  • Note: If you have a business loan that was underwritten to a single person, this loan will appear in Old National Personal Digital Banking after October 20.

Personal accounts:

  • If you have separate online banking login credentials for your personal accounts at Bremer today, use those credentials to log in to Old National Digital Banking beginning October 20 to access your personal accounts.
  • If you do not have separate login credentials for your personal accounts at Bremer, we will reach out to you with credentials and instructions.

Note: Full access to online banking services for personal accounts is only available through Old National Personal Digital Banking. However, eligible customers will also have limited access to their personal accounts (view and transfer only) in Small Business Digital Banking. To retain this access, you must log in to Old National Personal Digital Banking and accept the terms and conditions by December 15, 2025.

A: Your eStatement preferences and up to two years of history will transfer to the new platform, but to retain access going forward, you must log in to Small Business Digital Banking by December 15, 2025, and accept the updated terms and conditions.

A: To ensure a smooth transition of Quicken or QuickBooks services, you will need to modify your connectivity settings. Step-by-step instructions for downloading and saving your Quicken or QuickBooks files prior to October 17, and for updating your connections following the October 20 transition to Old National are provided here.
