There are three key components they are clear about: what they want to sell, who their ideal customers are, and how they can most effectively deliver their solutions. They anticipate market trends, adapt their strategies accordingly, and keep their team aligned with their mission. 

How to master it: Regularly review and adjust your business plan. Set aside time each quarter to assess your business strategy and make necessary adjustments based on what’s working. 2. Financial Acumen
