    1. What are the different types of ownership for a business?

      The most common structures for a business are Sole Proprietorship, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, Limited Liability Company, S-Corporation and Corporation.

    2. How do I know which of these replacement benchmarks is right for my loan?

      Old National has thoroughly analyzed and evaluated replacement benchmarks. Our goal is to provide you several sound options since one size does not fit all. The replacement benchmarks noted above have different characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages. Your Old National relationship manager will work with you to decide which LIBOR alternative best fits your needs.

    3. How do I set up a recurring payment in Online Bill Pay?

      From a Web Browser

      • Log in to your Digital Banking account.
      • Open Online Bill Pay.
      • Locate the payee on your list.
      • Under the Options list, select the Automatic Payment tab.
      • Next, select the account you would like to pay from, the amount and the frequency.
      • If you are sending the payment via check, you may Add a Memo (located under Amount).
      • Under Frequency, you may select start and end dates for the payment, or choose No End Date to continue to make payments until you turn them off.
      • Email notifications are also available for when the payment is scheduled, when the payment has been sent or before the last payment is sent. 
      • When you are satisfied with your payment information, click Save.

      In the list of payments, you can easily see items that are set up with recurring payments. They are identified by the rotating arrow icon.

      • Use the Edit button to edit a recurring payment, or you can change the entire payment rule.
      • Click Add to make additional payments to a payee.

      On the Mobile App
      Recurring payments can be viewed and cancelled in the mobile app, but can only be setup and maintained from a web browser.

      • To view or cancel a recurring payment in the mobile app, tap Payment Center and then select Bill Pay.
      • Tap Schedule.
      • If you wish to cancel, tap the scheduled payment and tap Cancel payment.
      • Tap Yes to confirm.
    4. When will my monthly mortgage billing statement be sent out?

      Our system automatically generates a new mortgage billing statement immediately after you make a payment. This enables you to receive your mortgage billing notice 10-15 days sooner, and it provides verification that your most recent payment has been posted to your account.

    5. How do I endorse a check for Mobile Deposit?

      Within the endorsement area on the back of the check, sign your name and print "For Mobile Deposit Only."

    6. Are there limits on how much cash I can withdraw from an ATM?

      There are limits on the amount of cash you can withdraw daily from both Allpoint and Old National ATMs. The amount can vary. To learn your daily limit, please contact Old National at 1-800-731-2265.

    7. How can I apply for a business credit card?

      You can apply for a business or commercial credit card through our website. Visit our business credit card page to see the types of cards we offer and use the "Apply Online" button to apply for a card.

      You an also visit any banking center to apply for a business credit card.

    8. Can I make a deposit at an Allpoint ATM?

      No. Allpoint ATMs can be used for withdrawals, transfers and balance inquiries only. 

      Old National does have many ATMs that will accept deposits, and we continue to add more. To find an ATM that accepts deposits, follow these steps:

      • Go to the oldnational.com locator
      • Next to the locator map, select the ATMs filter and unselect the Allpoint Surcharge-Free ATM filter. Our Partner ATMs, which are part of the Allpoint network, do not accept deposits.
      • Type your zip code or city/state into the Search bar to find the nearest ATMs

      Deposits made at an ATM are available for withdrawal based upon our typical funds availability policy. This means they may not be available for immediate withdrawal and use.

      To make a deposit, you can also use Mobile Deposit or visit an Old National banking center.

    9. Which branches have safe deposit boxes?

      You can use the oldnational.com locator to see which of our banking centers have safe deposit boxes.

      The listing will also provide a direct phone number for that branch. You can call that banking center to get additional information regarding box sizes, cost and current availability.

    10. How do I place a stop payment on a check or pre-authorized payment?

      Please be aware that a stop payment fee of $38 per item applies. You can submit a stop payment request in one of several ways:

      • For checks, log in to Online Banking. Go to Additional Services and choose Stop Payment. Follow the on-screen instructions. You can also place a stop payment for a check within our Mobile App.
      • For checks and electronic transactions, visit any Old National banking center or call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265.
      • When requesting a stop payment, you will need to provide the date, the amount, and the number of the item, together with the name of the payee.
      • Once a stop payment is placed, and the form has been signed (when applicable), stop payment orders remain effective for up to six (6) months from the date authorized.
      • Please note, that even though a stop payment request goes into effect immediately, you may still see the transaction attempting to clear your account within Online Banking. If this happens, rest assured that the transaction will be returned during our nightly processing of accounts.
