    1. Is online and mobile banking down?

      Typically, if our online or mobile banking will be down for an extended period of time, we post a notification in the blue bar at the top of our home page.

      At times, after we have had an online or mobile banking outage, clients may need to take a few steps to be able to access it again. This is because the browser on your computer/device may have "cached" or held on to the previous page you visited in online or mobile banking when it was not functioning. You will need to clear your cache to enable your computer to access the now functioning page.

      Different browsers require that you clear the cache (or browsing history) in different ways, so we have created an FAQ on how to clear your browser history, cache and cookies.

      Once you have cleared your cache, you should also close down your browser.

      If you need guidance in completing these steps, or you have completed them and still cannot access online or mobile banking, please contact Client Care at 1-800-731-2265.

    2. When will my deposit be available?

      Funds deposited to your account will be available to you, based on several factors we have listed below.

      A check written from an account at a bank other than Old National:
      Will not be available until the next business day (if it was deposited by the close of business and there are no holds placed on the checks). This means these funds will not be available to cover checks or other debits processed that night. An extended hold also may be needed. You will be notified if an extended hold is placed on the deposit.

      A check written from an account at Old National:
      Will be added to your account and will have same-day availability (if it was deposited by the close of business). This means these funds will be available to cover checks or other debits processed that night.1

      Cash or Direct Deposit (e.g. payroll, Social Security):
      Will be available the same day as deposit.1


      1 Deposits of this type made at an ATM or by mobile deposit prior to daily cutoff times are credited to your account and available to cover checks or other debits being processed that night.

    3. Where can I find my mortgage loan in the Mobile App?

      Once you are logged in to the Mobile App, tap Payment Center. Select Pay Mortgage. Your summary will appear. Select your Mortgage Loan.

    4. When will my monthly mortgage billing statement be sent out?

      Our system automatically generates a new mortgage billing statement immediately after you make a payment. This enables you to receive your mortgage billing notice 10-15 days sooner, and it provides verification that your most recent payment has been posted to your account.

    5. How do you manage your debit card in our mobile app?

      If you have the ONB mobile app, along the bottom navigation rail there is an icon labeled “Cards”. Click there to begin managing your Old National debit card via our mobile app.

      If you don’t yet have our app, click to download the ONB mobile app now.

    6. How do I opt out of Automated Fraud Monitoring alerts for my debit card?

      You can opt out of Automated Fraud Monitoring alerts by replying STOP to the SMS text message, replying STOP to the email message or following the prompts on the Voice alert message.

    7. What should I do if my Old National checks were lost or stolen?

      Call Old National Client Care at 1-800-731-2265 to report lost or stolen checks. We will put a hold on the lost checks and open a new account for you. Checks contain sensitive information so it is important to act quickly.

    8. What types of checks can I deposit through Mobile Deposit?

      You can use Mobile Deposit to deposit checks that are payable to you. You cannot use Mobile deposit for the following:

      • Insurance draft checks
      • Checks payable to a person or entity other than you
      • Checks payable to you and another person
      • Checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States
      • Checks or items dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit
      • Checks or items on which a stop payment order has been issued
      • Checks written from an account in which there are insufficient funds
      • Credit card cash advance checks

    9. How does a sub-user activate their account for Shared Access?
      As a subuser, you have the ability to access another person's account, based on the entitlements granted to you. 

      The primary user will setup your access. 

      You will be sent an email with your temporary password to the email address the primary user setup and a second email with your temporary ID. 

      Within 30 minutes of receiving the email, click on the link to complete the setup. 

      Read and accept the terms and conditions. 

      Verify your identity by receiving a call from the phone number provided by the primary user. 

      Setup a new password. 

      Once logged in, if you want to change your ID, click My Settings and Edit User ID. 

      If you forget your password or have questions regarding your access, please contact the primary user.
    10. What is a notice of error regarding the servicing of my loan?

      A notice of error is a written notice from you that details error(s) you believe have been made relating to the servicing of your loan. Your notice must include:

      • Your name
      • Your loan number and/or property address associated with the loan
      • Details about the specific error you are disputing and/or information you are requesting

      Only errors related to the servicing of your loan secured by your home are covered through this process (excluding open-ended lines of credit).
