    1. How can I apply for a business credit card?

      You can apply for a business or commercial credit card through our website. Visit our business credit card page to see the types of cards we offer and use the "Apply Online" button to apply for a card.

    2. What is the minimum to open a money market account?

      The minimum amount to open our money market account, called Market Monitor, is $50. Learn more on our Market Monitor page.

    3. How long does it take to receive money with Zelle®?

      Money sent with Zelle® is typically available to an enrolled recipient within minutes.1

      If you send money to someone who isn't enrolled with Zelle®, they will receive a notification prompting them to enroll. After enrollment, the money will be available directly in your recipient's account, typically within minutes.1

      If your payment is pending, we recommend confirming that the person you sent money to has enrolled with Zelle® and that you entered the correct email address or U.S. mobile phone number.

      If you're waiting to receive money, you should check to see if you've received a payment notification via email or text message. If you haven't received a payment notification, we recommend following up with the sender to confirm they entered the correct email address or U.S. mobile phone number.

    4. Are there any fees to send money using Zelle®?

      Old National does not charge any fees1 to use Zelle® with your personal checking account.

      Broadly speaking, there are two types of bank clients: Personal banking clients are individuals who need banking services, while commercial banking clients are larger businesses, companies or organizations that need banking services.

      A bank that lends to larger businesses would be a commercial lending bank. At Old National, we offer a variety of commercial lending services.

    7. How do I sign up for Online Bill Pay within Digital Banking?

      Bill Pay is a free service that enables you to pay your credit card bill, cell phone bill, mortgage payment, utilities, individuals or really any bill you want to pay. Payment is taken directly from your Old National account. It's easy to begin using Online Bill Pay:

      From a web browser

      • Log in to Digital Banking
      • Choose Pay or Transfer, then choose Bill Pay in the top menu
      • You may need to enter a few pieces of identification, otherwise, review and check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions
      • Click Complete Sign Up
      • Begin adding information for the business or person you want to pay

      Within Digital Banking, you can make one-time payments and set up automated, repeat payments. You can also enroll to receive eBills (electronic bills) from payees with Bill Pay and view your eBills history.

      Please note: Depending on the party you are paying, payments may be sent electronically or a physical check will be produced and mailed.
