CHICAGO TITLE NOW SERVING OLD NATIONAL LAND TRUST ACCOUNTS

Old National Bank recently made the decision to discontinue Land Trust activities. As a result, Chicago Title Land Trust Company assumed the trustee responsibilities on all Land Trust accounts effective September 21, 2023.

Chicago Title is an established provider of Land Trust services with many years of experience. Their Land Trust business complements their other real estate and title services. There will be no action required on the client’s part to effect this change in trustee.

Chicago Title is contacting impacted clients directly with their office location information in a subsequent communication.

Old National will ensure the transition to Chicago Title is as seamless as possible. Our exit from the Land Trust business will not affect any other account relationships with Old National. Thank you.
