R. Douglas “Doug” Rose is Chief Human Resources Officer at Old National. Prior to this role, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at First Midwest, which merged with Old National in 2022. Doug has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, strategy and consulting. Prior to joining First Midwest in 2019, he was Senior Vice President, Chief HR Officer at Discover Financial Services, where he was also a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Doug has also held senior HR leadership positions at United Airlines and Capital One. He is a Board Member of the Camping and Education Foundation and CentroNía. Doug earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
