What to know now that your move to Old National is complete.

Welcome to Old National Bank

We are delighted to welcome you to Old National Bank. Your accounts have been successfully transitioned from Bremer Bank, and you can now access them through Old National Digital Banking. Learn more.

For full details about your new Old National accounts and services, please refer to the communications mailed to you in September. You can also call our dedicated integration line at 855-682-3232 if you have questions or need assistance.

Your Transition Checklist

Now that your account transition is complete, be sure to:

  • Log in to Old National Digital Banking or the Old National Mobile app to access your new accounts.
    • View our helpful tutorial videos that walk you through how to log in for the first time and reestablishyour services or preferences.
  • Start using your new Old National debit card and cut up or shred your Bremer Bank debit card.
  • Update your debit card information in your digital wallet and on other apps or websites where it’s stored.

If you have a loan, use the payment address and new loan number we mailed to you to make future payments. Your new payment address and loan number also can be found on your Old National loan statement.

GENERAL INFORMATION

A: Your Bremer accounts and services have transitioned to Old National Bank. You’ll now have access to expanded capabilities, a broader branch and ATM network, and continued support from the team you know. For full details about your new accounts and services, please refer to the welcome materials sent to you in September.

BRANCHES AND ATMS

A: Yes, you’ll continue to work with the same team you know and trust.

A: Yes. You can visit any Old National banking center for in-person support. You also have surcharge-free access to 55,000+ Allpoint ATMs worldwide using your new Old National debit card.2

A: Bremer Bank branches have been rebranded as Old National Bank banking centers. You can now access your Old National accounts at any former Bremer location and all other Old National locations.

DIGITAL BANKING AND DEBIT CARDS

A: Yes. Your online and mobile access have transitioned to Old National Digital Banking. Unless otherwise instructed, you can log in using your Bremer User ID and follow the prompts to set a new password. See step-by-step guidance in these helpful tutorial videos. And if you haven’t already, download the Old National Mobile banking app to your device.

A: You should activate and begin using the new Old National Debit Mastercard® we mailed to you in early October. Please securely dispose of your Bremer Bank debit card. If you have your debit card in a digital wallet or use it as a payment method on shopping sites or apps, be sure  to update your payment information.

ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND CHECKS

A: Your deposit account number remains the same, unless you were notified of a change by mail. Loan account numbers have been updated and can be found on your first loan statement from Old National.

A: Yes, the new routing number for Old National Bank is 086300012.

A: Your Bremer Bank checks will be accepted for at least two years from the date of the account transition. You can reorder checks directly from our check order company by calling 800-355-8123 or visiting OrderMyChecks.com. You also may reorder online through digital banking, by calling Client Care at 800-731-2265 or by visiting an Old National banking center. Please visit oldnational.com for more information.

LOANS

A: The terms and conditions of your loans remain the same. Mortgage loans transitioned to Old National on October 1, and all other loans converted with your deposit accounts on October 20. Your new loan payment address is included on your first loan statement from Old National. If your loan payment is made as an automatic account transfer from an account not using online banking or bill pay, your automatic payments will continue uninterrupted. For other payment methods, please refer to the letter(s) sent to you with information about the transition of these accounts.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT

A: Clients who have Wealth Management services have transitioned or are transitioning on a different timeline than the Commercial, Small Business, Personal and Private Banking services. See below for details.

  • Employer-sponsored retirement plans with Bremertransitioned to 1834 Investment Advisors Co.1 (a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp) on October 1, 2025.
  • Bremer Wealth clients were introduced to their respective Old National Wealth Management service models on October 20, 2025, but accounts won’t transition to the Old National Wealth Management technology platform until February
  • Bremer Investments (Raymond James) accounts will transition November 10, 2025.
