Old National Executive Inclusion Council
The Executive Inclusion Council is comprised of senior leaders from within the company. The purpose of the Council is to drive greater alignment of our diversity and inclusion efforts with organizational business objectives, resulting in the natural integration of diversity into Old National’s brand and imbedding the value of inclusion into our culture.

Associate Resource Groups
We encourage and support Associate Resource Groups to create awareness and understanding of the diverse backgrounds and experiences represented throughout our company. These groups partner with departments and lines of business to support professional development programs, assist with recruitment and retention, identify unique market opportunities, help drive business development and support community outreach. Participation is open to all associates who are interested in and support the mission/objectives of the group, regardless of individual background.
