  • ONPointe Treasury User Interface Refresh Arriving Later This Year

We are excited to introduce a refreshed user interface for ONPointe Treasury, designed to provide a more modern, intuitive, and efficient user experience.

The enhanced interface will offer several benefits, including:

    • Improved navigation and usability
    • A cleaner, more streamlined look and feel
    • Easier access to key treasury management tools and information
    • Enhanced efficiency for everyday tasks

To ensure a smooth transition, clients will be migrated to the new experience in phases. Your company will be notified in advance when it is scheduled to move to the updated platform.

We understand that adapting to change takes time. To help ease the transition, clients will continue to have access to ONPointe Treasury Classic for a limited period following their migration. This will allow users to become familiar with the new interface while maintaining access to the experience they know.

We encourage all clients to watch their email for important updates, including migration timing, resources, training materials, and additional information about the new ONPointe Treasury experience.

We look forward to bringing you an improved treasury management experience and appreciate your continued partnership.

  • Penny Availability Update

Due to the U.S. Treasury’s discontinuation of penny production, penny availability may vary from day to day. In situations where penny orders cannot be fulfilled, our change order vendor will adjust the order automatically and notify customers. No action is required from you. Thank you for your understanding as the industry transitions away from penny distribution.

Nacha Rules Change

The Nacha Operating Rules serve as the cornerstone of all ACH payments. They define the roles and responsibilities of participating financial institutions and provide clear guidelines for every participant in the ACH Network. These Rules help ensure that millions of transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and reliably each day. The information below offers a brief overview of recent changes.
