  • ACH RULES UPDATE - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 17, 2021

    Nacha has released a set of updates to the ACH rules, broadly defined as Meaningful Modernization. These updates went into effect on September 17, 2021. One change that applies to all originators is to verify that all ACH authorizations have "clear and readily understandable terms". Please review your authorization forms to ensure they meet this standard. To learn more about the Meaningful Modernization updates, please visit the Nacha website.

  • CHANGES TO BILLING TIMING - STARTING AUGUST 1, 2021

    We’re upgrading our billing technology to provide easier-to-read statements, more options and a better client experience. With this change, we are also changing the timing of when we assess service charges. Today, we debit your account on your statement cycle date. Starting in August, we will begin assessing fees in the middle of the following month, independent of your bank statement date. Your August activity fees will be debited from your account on September 20. Our billing calendar has been published to this site under the General Treasury Management topic on the right-hand column of this page.

How to determine whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system:

  • For Windows, go to Control Panel > System > System Type.
  • For Mac, go to Apple > About this Mac. If the processor is a Core Duo, it's a 32-bit. Otherwise, it's a 64-bit.
