Meeting Bilingual Banking Clients Where They Are, with Purpose and Understanding

Old National Bank believes financial empowerment starts with understanding and connection. That means meeting clients where they are, both culturally and linguistically, and ensuring they have access to the tools, guidance, and support they need to move forward with confidence.

For our Spanish-speaking clients, we continue to build an experience that feels welcoming, accessible, and personal. Across our footprint, bilingual team members in select banking centers provide one-on-one support, helping clients navigate financial decisions and access solutions that align with their goals. This level of support helps remove barriers and create stronger, more meaningful connections.

Bilingual support and financial education in Spanish

Education is a key part of this commitment. Through our Dinero Inteligente video series and community workshops, we provide practical guidance on budgeting, saving, credit, and managing debt. These resources are designed to be approachable and relevant, helping individuals and families take informed steps in their financial journeys and apply what they learn in everyday life.

We are also expanding how clients access resources in Spanish across our digital ecosystem. Spanish-language online and mobile banking platforms, along with self-service options available through our client care resource, give clients the flexibility to manage their finances in the language they prefer, when and how it works best for them.

More Spanish-language resources

Beyond these core offerings, Old National continues to grow its Spanish-language presence through dedicated website content and customer service pathways. Spanish-language pages provide clear explanations of products, services, and financial topics, making it easier for clients to find information, ask questions, and get support with confidence.

We know that financial journeys look different for every client. By investing in bilingual service, accessible education, and flexible digital tools, we are creating more opportunities for connection, understanding, and progress.

Different needs, one shared commitment to accessible, client-first banking.
