Can I use Digital Banking to make an Old National loan payment from a non-Old National checking account?
Yes, we provide options to pay on your Old National loan from a checking account outside of Old National.
For auto loan and other consumer loan payments:
- Sign in to Digital Banking, go to Move Money in top navigation and select Loan Payment at the bottom of the drop down.
You will be taken to a screen where you can input information for the external account you want to take your payment from. Please note that the account at another financial institution will need to be verified, so you may not be able to make your payment immediately.
For mortgage loan payments:
- Access Mortgage Manager within Digital Banking - Mortgage Manager: How to Access Online and Mobile guide.
- Within Mortgage Manager, there are several options for making payments. All will enable you to input information for an external account you want to make a payment from. Following are guides to walk you through the process :
- Make a One-Time Payment - How to Make a Mortgage Payment guide
- Enroll in Autopay - How to Enroll in Autopay guide
Currently, only mortgage loans can be paid from within the Mobile app. Payments for other types of loans can only be made within a web browser.

I’m unsure about using Zelle® to pay someone I don’t know. What should I do?
If you don't know the person, or aren't sure you will get what you paid for (for example, items bought from an online bidding or sales site), you should not use Zelle® for these types of transactions.
These transactions are potentially high risk (just like sending cash to a person you don't know is high risk). Neither Old National nor Zelle® offers a protection program for any authorized payments made with Zelle® — for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for or the item is not as described or as you expected.

Can I make a deposit through an Old National ATM?
Old National has many ATMs that will accept deposits, and we continue to add more. To find an ATM that accepts deposits, follow these steps:
- Go to the oldnational.com locator
- Next to the locator map, select the ATMs filter and unselect the Allpoint Surcharge-Free ATM filter. Our Partner ATMs, which are part of the Allpoint network, do not accept deposits.
- Type your zip code or city/state into the Search bar to find the nearest ATMs
Deposits made at an ATM are available for withdrawal based upon our typical funds availability policy. This means they may not be available for immediate withdrawal and use.
If you have questions about making deposits at an ATM, please contact Client Care at 1-800-731-2265.

Why am I not receiving Card Controls Alerts after enrolling?
If you have followed instructions for setting up Card Controls in a Browser or Card Controls in the Mobile App, and you are not receiving alerts, we recommend the following:
Check or update your contact information
Ensure we have your most current information on file. You can do this in one of two ways.- Log in to Online Banking from a browser and select My Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Log in to the Mobile App, select More from the bottom menu, then choose Settings followed by My Settings.
Know where your Alerts will arrive
Card Controls Alerts are emailed to the email address listed in Online Banking under Notifications and Settings on the Alerts & Notifications screen. If you also have a phone number set up to receive Text Alerts, you will receive Card Control Alerts by text too. There is not a way to turn off the email alerts. You can turn off Text Alerts by removing your phone number from the Alerts & Notification screen, but this will turn off ALL Text Alerts and not just Card Controls Alerts. If you need assistance with setting up Card Controls, please contact Client Care at 1-800-731-2265.
