  • How can I make a mortgage payment in Mortgage Manager?

    You can use Mortgage Manager to make your mortgage payment within Online and Mobile Banking. Our guide for Accessing Mortgage Manager through Online and Mobile can help you get started. (A fee will be associated if you pay by phone.) Payments made by phone can only be accepted as an electronic check (eCheck) and not by credit card or debit card. You will need your routing number and account number to pay by eCheck.

    The most common structures for a business are Sole Proprietorship, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, Limited Liability Company, S-Corporation and Corporation.

  • Can I pay a small business with ZelleĀ®?

    Some small businesses are able to receive payments with Zelle®. Ask your favorite small business if they accept payments with Zelle®. If they do, you can pay them directly from your Old National mobile app using just their email address or U.S. mobile number.

    Neither Old National nor Zelle® offers a protection program for any authorized payments made with Zelle®, so you should only send money to people (and small businesses) you trust. Also, always ensure you’ve used the correct email address or U.S. mobile number when sending money.

  • What is the difference between a Money Market vs. CD?

    While both are savings accounts that offer the opportunity to earn interest on your deposit, they have important differences. A money market account typically has a variable interest rate, while allowing you to write checks and have regular access to your money. A certificate of deposit, or CD, typically has a fixed rate for a guaranteed term, provided you don’t make any withdrawals of your money during the term—typically, there is a penalty for an early withdrawal of deposited funds.

  • How can I get pre-approved for a vehicle loan?

    To be pre-approved for a vehicle loan, you will need to complete a loan application based on the approximate age of the vehicle you are considering, as well as the maximum amount you think you may want for your loan. If you are unsure of how much you may be able to borrow, we are happy to work through calculations to determine a loan amount starting point.

    A loan application can be completed by stopping into one of our banking centers or by calling 1-877-427-7220.

    Knowing how much you can borrow makes the buying process easier and being pre-approved gives you more negotiating power.

  • How can I report a lost or stolen debit card?

    You can report your lost or stolen Old National debit card 24-hours a day by calling 1-800-731-2265, option 2, in the US. If you are outside of the US, call 1-812-422-2197. We can cancel or restrict your debit card, check for unauthorized transactions and order a new debit card for you.

    If you notice unauthorized activity on your debit card through Online and Mobile Banking, you can turn your card off right away with the Card Controls feature in Online Banking and the Mobile App.

    Even if you use Card Controls to turn off your debit card, you should still contact us at 1-800-731-2265 to report the unauthorized activity on your card and obtain a new one.

  • How do I report a lost or stolen credit card?

    If you believe your credit card may have been compromised, or you need to report it as lost or stolen, please call 1-800-558-3424.
