        2. How can I find an ATM?

          There are several ways to find an Old National ATM through our website and our Mobile App:

          On the website
          Visit oldnational.com/locations to go to our Branch & ATM locator page. Enter the following information into the Search box.

          • To find an ATM near a specific location, enter the location address (as much as you know), city/state or zip code. Select Search.
          • To find an ATM closest to your current location, enter your location and choose Search or just search for "Current Location." A listing of your nearest banking centers and ATMs will be provided. This listing will include branches with ATMs as well as standalone ATMs - some part of the Old National network and some part of the Allpoint network. You can also choose to Get Directions.   

          In the Mobile App

          • Open the App on your device. You do not have to log in. At the bottom of the Login screen, select Locations. You can use the Search at the top of the screen to find an ATM by address, zip code or city.
          • If you are already logged in to the Mobile App, go to More at the bottom right of the screen and then Locations under Contact Us.

          Results of Location searches will be more accurate if you have enabled your mobile device to show your current location.

          Deposits at ATMs
          Old National has many ATMs that will accept cash and check deposits, and we continue to add more. To find an ATM that accepts deposits, follow these steps:

          • Go to the oldnational.com locator
          • Next to the locator map, select the ATMs filter and unselect the Allpoint Surcharge-Free ATM filter. Our Partner ATMs, which are part of the Allpoint network, do not accept deposits.
          • Type your zip code or city/state into the Search bar to find the nearest ATMs

          Deposits made at an ATM are available for withdrawal based upon our typical funds availability policy. This means they may not be available for immediate withdrawal and use.

        3. On what holidays are Old National banking centers closed?

          Typically, Old National holiday closings occur when the Federal Reserve is closed. Following are holiday closings for 2026:

          • New Year's Day, January 1
          • Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 19
          • Presidents Day, February 16
          • Memorial Day, May 25
          • Juneteenth, June 19
          • Independence Day, July 4
          • Labor Day, September 7
          • Columbus Day, October 12

        4. Does Old National offer foreign currency exchange services?

          Yes. We buy and sell select foreign currencies at any of our banking centers. This service is available only to Old National clients.

          For next-day service, you can visit any of our banking center locations. Orders are debited from your checking, savings or money market account. In addition, when you return from your trip, you can exchange leftover paper currency at any Old National branch.

        5. Do you have special hours for clients at a higher risk for COVID-19?

        7. What is the Old National SWIFT code for wire transfers?

          The Old National SWIFT code is OLNAUS44. This is a unique code that may be required for the completion of international wire transfers by the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT).

        8. What is the minimum to open an IRA account?

          The minimum amount to open an IRA Savings account is $50. The minimum amount to open an IRA Certificate of Deposit is $500.

        9. How can I delete my online/mobile banking profile?

          If you would like to delete your online/mobile banking profile, please call us at 800.731.2265 or visit us at an Old National banking center and we will be happy to assist.

        10. What is browser history, cache and cookies, and how do I clear them?

          When you visit a website, your browser (the application you use to browse the Internet) creates an archive of each of the sites you visit, which is known as your browser history. Cookies are files that contain information useful to a website — such as saved password, preferences, browser type, IP Address, date and time of visit. The browser also temporarily stores items such as images, icons, style sheets, scripts or media files that are used to speed up your browsing experience. This is the cache.

          It is a good practice to clear your browser history and the web data collected by the sites you visit every so often. You can opt to have your browser do this automatically, or you can do it yourself through your browser preferences. Doing so will help improve performance, protect your personal information and provide a better online experience.
