      You can schedule an appointment with your local banking center, by calling the location directly or making an appointment online through our website.

      If you need to find a nearby location, with phone number and hours, you can do so through our locator at oldnational.com/locations. Each banking center on our locator also has a Make an Appointment button for online scheduling.

      Note: Currently, we are not able to use online scheduling to make appointments for Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Investments or Mortgage Lending. To schedule an appointment with one of these areas, please call the appropriate number below:

    3. Where can I find rates on the website?

      Currently, most deposit and loan rates are not listed on our website, as it is best for us to discuss your specific needs and the best options available to you. Please visit a banking center near you.

      We do provide our latest mortgage rates online. Visit our Mortgage Purchase Rates page or our Mortgage Refinance Rates page, depending on your needs.

    4. On what holidays are Old National banking centers closed?

      Typically, Old National holiday closings occur when the Federal Reserve is closed. Following are holiday closings for 2026:

      The Federal Reserve Main Street Lending Program is structured to keep credit flowing and provide low-cost loans to small and mid-size businesses that were in good financial standing before the onset of the COVID-19 crisis.     9. How can I apply for a business credit card?

      You can apply for a business or commercial credit card through our website. Visit our business credit card page to see the types of cards we offer and use the "Apply Online" button to apply for a card.

      You an also visit any banking center to apply for a business credit card.

    10. How do I order small business checks?

      There are several ways to order checks for your business:

      • Order directly from our check order company, Harland Clarke, by calling them at 1-800-355-8123 or visiting www.OrderMyChecks.com. Once on the OrderMyChecks.com site, select Business next to account type. Be sure to have your routing and account number on hand. Note that Harland Clarke cannot update your address. If your address has changed, you must submit it through Old National before ordering checks.
      • Log into Business Online Banking. Go to Additional Services and then select Check Reorder.
      • You can also visit any Old National banking center or call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265 and an associate can assist you with a check order.

      If you are a former KleinBank client, you are welcome to continue using your KleinBank checks until you run out; they will be accepted for at least two years.
