Yes. Since Old National participates in the Allpoint Network, ATMs on the oldnational.com locator are guaranteed surcharge-free regardless of location branding. Allpoint ATMs should also have an Allpoint logo on them.

How do I order small business checks?
There are several ways to order checks for your business:
- Order directly from our check order company, Harland Clarke, by calling them at 1-800-355-8123 or visiting www.OrderMyChecks.com. Once on the OrderMyChecks.com site, select Business next to account type. Be sure to have your routing and account number on hand. Note that Harland Clarke cannot update your address. If your address has changed, you must submit it through Old National before ordering checks.
- Log into Business Online Banking. Go to Additional Services and then select Check Reorder.
- You can also visit any Old National banking center or call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265 and an associate can assist you with a check order.
If you are a former KleinBank client, you are welcome to continue using your KleinBank checks until you run out; they will be accepted for at least two years.

How do I schedule an appointment to visit a banking center?
You can schedule an appointment with your local banking center, by calling the location directly or making an appointment online through our website.
If you need to find a nearby location, with phone number and hours, you can do so through our locator at oldnational.com/locations. Each banking center on our locator also has a Make an Appointment button for online scheduling.
Note: Currently, we are not able to use online scheduling to make appointments for Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Investments or Mortgage Lending. To schedule an appointment with one of these areas, please call the appropriate number below:

Can I make a deposit through an Old National ATM?
Old National has many ATMs that will accept deposits, and we continue to add more. To find an ATM that accepts deposits, follow these steps:
- Go to the oldnational.com locator
- Next to the locator map, select the ATMs filter and unselect the Allpoint Surcharge-Free ATM filter. Our Partner ATMs, which are part of the Allpoint network, do not accept deposits.
- Type your zip code or city/state into the Search bar to find the nearest ATMs
Deposits made at an ATM are available for withdrawal based upon our typical funds availability policy. This means they may not be available for immediate withdrawal and use.

How do I set up automatic payments for my Old National loan?
For mortgage loans:
- You can set up automatic payments using Mortgage Manager within Online Banking. Visit our Mortgage Manager resource page for information on using Mortgage Manager. The following guides will walk you through setting up automatic payments:
- Enroll in Autopay - How to Enroll in Autopay guide
- As another option, you can download and return the Mortgage Loan Auto Pay form to set up automatic payments. This form can be returned to a banking center, mailed to PO Box 3789, Evansville, IN 47736 or emailed to mortops@oldnational.com.
For all other personal loans, such as auto loans:
- Download and return the Consumer Loan Auto Pay form to set up automatic payments. This form can be returned to a banking center or mailed to PO Box 3728, Evansville, IN 47736.
- You can also set up a repeat transfer of funds within Online Banking to make a regular payment on your Old National loan. Within Online Banking, go to Move Money and in the drop down select Make a Transfer to set up a repeat transfer from an Old National account. Select Loan Payment (under Move Money) to set up a repeat transfer from an account outside of Old National.

Can my mortgage payment automatically be drafted from my checking or savings account?
Yes, mortgage payments can be automatically drafted by signing up for our Autopay service or Flexible Payments (Biweekly Drafting) service within Mortgage Manager.
With Autopay, your mortgage payment draft will occur on the specified date each month or the next business day if the specified day is a non-business day.
With Flexible Payments, a borrower is allowed to make half-payments every two weeks and apply these payments as a full monthly payment once a month.
