How do I set up Online and Mobile Banking to monitor my account?
In a Banking Center
Team members in our banking centers can enroll you in Online and Mobile Banking with immediate access, but please note that banking centers are currently open only by appointment. You can then access your account via your smartphone, or you can download our Mobile App for the best banking experience on your phone.Steps for Online Enrollment of Online Banking
There are several options for enrolling online:- Go directly to the enrollment page or
- Go to the blue box located at the top of our oldnational.com home page, click the Login button and select Enroll in Digital Banking or
- Download our Mobile App and enroll in Online Banking.
Once on the enrollment page:
- Enter your desired Online Banking User ID and Password.
- Enter your personal information including name, date of birth and address.
- Enter a contact phone number(s) and/or email address, which will enable us to verify your identity. Based on the option you select, you will receive a phone call, text message or email with a verification code that you must enter to confirm your identity and access Digital Banking.
- Once all requested information is entered, read and accept the Terms & Conditions, select the box and click Complete Sign Up.
If you choose to register your device as a trusted (i.e., private, nonpublic) device, you will not be required to complete the verification process each time.

Do you offer a checking account for seniors?
Yes. Our Old National Classic Checking is especially for clients age 50 and better. Here are some of the benefits:

- Have check images mailed with statements or view online images with eStatements

Does Old National offer cashier’s checks?
Yes. To be issued a cashier’s check, please visit us at an Old National banking center. Be sure to bring a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or US passport, with you.

If I receive a stimulus check instead of direct deposit, how can I deposit it?
In addition to visiting a banking center, there are a number of ways you can deposit your stimulus check or any check.
- Download the Mobile App and use your smartphone to easily and securely deposit your check with Mobile Deposit.
- Deposit your check at most Old National ATMs. You can use our locator to find a nearby ATM.
- If visiting a banking center, you may choose to use one of our drive-thrus or make an appointment to visit a lobby.

Will Card Controls and Alerts replace the current ON Guard Visa Purchase Alerts app?
Yes, beginning August 12, 2020, the on/off card controls previously available in the separate ON Guard app will be found as a new Card Controls feature in Old National Online Banking and the Mobile App.
That means you’ll be able to turn your debit card on and off, and set transaction alerts, in the same place where you already do all of your other digital banking. How can I get my 1098 tax information for my mortgage?
We will mail your 1098 tax information to the mailing address you have on file with us. Please be aware that lenders have until January 31 to mail 1098 documents. Old National does not currently provide access to 1098 documents online.
You can also view year-end tax information for your mortgage within Mortgage Manager.If you have not received or have misplaced your 1098, you can contact Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 4, or visit any Old National banking center to request a copy.

Old National Mortgage Manager enables you to access and manage your Old National mortgage loan through Online and Mobile Banking. For example, you can securely do the following:
- Receive your billing statement electronically
- Pay your mortgage payment
- Sign up for automatic monthly payments
- Set up notifications that will keep you informed about your loan

Is there a charge to use Mortgage Manager?
Old National Mortgage Manager is a free service for Old National Mortgage clients. All you have to do is have Online Banking.
