    1. How do I schedule an appointment to visit a banking center?

      You can schedule an appointment with your local banking center, by calling the location directly or making an appointment online through our website.

      If you need to find a nearby location, with phone number and hours, you can do so through our locator at oldnational.com/locations. Each banking center on our locator also has a Make an Appointment button for online scheduling.

      Note: Currently, we are not able to use online scheduling to make appointments for Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Investments or Mortgage Lending. To schedule an appointment with one of these areas, please call the appropriate number below:

    2. To submit a notice of error or request for information about my loan, do I have to write a letter, or can I instead call Old National or visit a banking center?

      We are happy to continue to service your account through email, phone and our banking centers. However, we encourage you to submit any notices of error or requests for information in writing to:

    4. Where can I find rates on the website?

      Currently, most deposit and loan rates are not listed on our website, as it is best for us to discuss your specific needs and the best options available to you. Please visit a banking center near you.

      We do provide our latest mortgage rates online. Visit our Mortgage Purchase Rates page or our Mortgage Refinance Rates page, depending on your needs.

    5. Where can I find mortgage loan payoff information?

      For the correct amount to pay off a mortgage loan, please do one of the following:

      A loan's payoff information is not available within Online or Mobile Banking. The remaining balance shown on a loan within Online and Mobile Banking may not reflect all interest, fees, payments, etc. To obtain the correct amount to pay off a loan, it is best to call us or visit a banking center.

      Please note that loan payoff amounts over $3,500 must be paid in a banking center and cannot be accepted over the phone.

      Amounts under $3,500 can be accepted by phone as an electronic check (eCheck) only, and not by credit card or debit card. There is also a fee associated with loan payments made by phone. You will need to have your routing number and account number to pay by eCheck.

    6. Can I open a checking account online?

      We do provide a way to open most checking accounts online. Go to our Compare Checking Accounts page, find the account that best suits your needs and select the Open Account button.

      We offer a variety of checking accounts to meet different needs. If you would like to talk to someone about the type of checking that would be best for you, please visit a banking center or call us at 1-800-731-2265.

    7. Can my business apply for a Main Street Loan through Old National?
      If you are considering applying for a Main Street Loan, please contact your Old National Relationship Manager or mainstreetlendingprogram@oldnational.com. You can also visit the Federal Reserve website for more information including downloadable FAQs or The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston website.
    8. How can I open a business checking account?

      To open a business checking account, please call us at 1-800-731-2265, visit any banking center or send us an information request form and someone will contact you.

      Old National offers several business checking options, and we can help guide you toward the best solution for your company's size and checking activity. You can also compare business checking accounts on our site.

    9. How do I enroll in Digital Banking?

      In a Banking Center
      Associates in our banking centers can enroll you in Digital Banking with immediate access, whether you already have an Old National account or open one that same day. You can then access your Digital Banking account via a web browser, your smartphone, or you can download our Mobile App for the best banking experience on your phone.

      Opening a Checking Account Online
      If you open a new Old National account online, you can enroll in digital banking immediately.  

      Steps for Online Enrollment of Digital Banking
      There are several options for enrolling online:

      1. From a web browser, go directly to the enrollment page or
      2. Go to the blue box located at the top of our oldnational.com home page, click the Login button and select Enroll in Digital Banking or
      3. Download our Mobile App and tap Sign up.

      Once on the enrollment page:

      1. Enter your desired Online Banking User ID and Password.
      2. Enter your personal information.
      3. Enter your Account Type and Account Number. 
      4. Once all requested information is entered, read and accept the Terms & Conditions, select the box and click Complete Sign Up.

      If the information matches, then you will be directed to the login.

      If the information does not match, you will receive a Pending or Declined message. For Pending applications, you should receive an email within 1 business day advising the status of your registration.

      If you’re a business client, please visit a banking center or call 1-800-731-2265 for assistance with enrollment.

    10. Is Old National participating in the Main Street Lending Program?
      Yes, Old National is an eligible lender for the Main Street Lending Program. If you are considering applying for a Main Street Loan, please contact your Old National Relationship Manager or mainstreetlendingprogram@oldnational.com.
