To enroll in electronic statements for your Old National mortgage loan, just follow these steps:

You will receive an email notification letting you know when your statement will be ready for viewing. If you change your mind and would like to resume receiving paper statements in the mail, you can deactivate this service in ONB Mortgage Manager at any time.
You will have access to 12 months of mortgage statements within ONB Mortgage Manager. See our Guide for How to Access Mortgage Statements.
Our system automatically generates a new mortgage billing statement immediately after you make a payment. This enables you to receive your mortgage billing notice 10-15 days sooner, and it provides verification that your most recent payment has been posted to your account.

Yes. Mortgage payments can be automatically drafted by signing up for our Auto Draft Payment service or Budget Draft Payment (Biweekly Drafting) service within ONB Mortgage Manager.
With Auto Draft Payment, your mortgage payment draft will occur on the specified date each month or the next business day if the specified day is a non-business day.
With Budget Draft Payment, a borrower is allowed to make half-payments every two weeks and apply these payments as a full monthly payment once a month.

While ONB Mortgage Manager is the simplest way to set up automatic payments, you can also download and return the Mortgage Loan Auto Pay form. This form can be returned to a banking center, mailed to PO Box 3789, Evansville, IN 47736 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org to set up automatic payments.
At this time, borrowers cannot use a credit or debit card to make a payment on their Old National mortgage loan. Payments can only be accepted from a checking or savings account.

Yes. You have the option to make extra principal payments. Your loan must be current before any additional principal payment will be applied.
The easiest way to do this is within ONB Mortgage Manager. Our ONB Mortgage Manager guides show you how to make a payment and where to enter any additional principal amount:
For assistance in changing or cancelling a pending online payment, please call 1-800-731-2265, Option 4 at least one full business day prior to the scheduled draft payment.
If you submit your payment through ONB Mortgage Manager prior to 9PM CT, it will be posted to your account on the same day.
Within ONB Mortgage Manager, go to Make a Payment. Here you can choose to Add Bank Account, Change Bank Account, Delete Bank Account or Set Bank Account As Default.

Within ONB Mortgage Manager, you can view your Loan Details under My Loan. Your Last Payment Breakdown is under the Payment Information tab. Loan Activity will provide you with more detailed information.
If a payment is scheduled to come from your account on a weekend/holiday, the payment will not be made until the next business day. To avoid late fees, you may need to adjust the date of your scheduled payment within ONB Mortgage Manager.
Payment information for property taxes is available in ONB Mortgage Manager within Online and Mobile Banking. Our Guide to Accessing ONB Mortgage Manager provides step-by-step directions.
Once you have accessed ONB Mortgage Manager, go to My Loan on the top menu and select Loan Activity. You can then select a specific date range under Transaction History to see what payments have been made during that time.
To see when future tax payments will be made, go to My Loan on the top menu and select Escrow. Under Taxes you can see the amount we expect to pay on your behalf by the Next Due Date shown.
Property tax payments are also reflected in your year-end statement, to be mailed by January 31.
The fastest way to find year-end tax information is within ONB Mortgage Manager after you log in to Online and Mobile Banking. Our Guide to Accessing ONB Mortgage Manager provides step-by-step directions.
Once you have accessed ONB Mortgage Manager, go to the top menu and select My Loan and Loan Details. Then select the Tax & Interest tab. Here you will find an overview of year-end information for the current and previous tax year. This includes amounts for mortgage interest, property taxes and homeowner’s (hazard) insurance.
In addition to providing information in ONB Mortgage Manager, we also mail all year-end statements by January 31.
You can find information about payments for your homeowner’s (hazard) insurance in ONB Mortgage Manager, within Online and Mobile Banking. Our Guide to Accessing ONB Mortgage Manager provides step-by-step directions.
To see the total amount paid on your behalf for the previous year or year-to-date, go to the top menu in ONB Mortgage Manager and select My Loan. Then choose Loan Details and the Tax & Interest tab.
To find a specific payment amount during a time period you select, go to My Loan on the top menu and choose Loan Activity. Under Transaction History select a date range to see what payments have been made during that time.
The most common reason for a shortage, or an increase in your escrow payments, is an increase in your property taxes or homeowner's insurance. An escrow shortage is the result of the escrow payment not being sufficient to fund your escrow account to cover the actual amount needed to pay your bills. You can compare your escrow projections from last year to your current escrow projections, which will indicate any escrow items that had changes during the year.
