How old do you have to be to open a checking account?
To be the sole owner on a checking account at Old National, you must be age 18 or older. If you are age 13 to 18, you can be a joint owner on an account with a parent or guardian.

What is the Main Street Lending Program?
The Federal Reserve Main Street Lending Program is structured to keep credit flowing and provide low-cost loans to small and mid-size businesses that were in good financial standing before the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. Where can I find loan payoff information?
For the correct amount to pay off a loan, please call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 4, or visit any Old National banking center.
A loan's payoff information is not available within Online or Mobile Banking. The remaining balance shown on a loan within Online and Mobile Banking may not reflect all interest, fees, payments, etc. To obtain the correct amount to pay off a loan, it is best to call us or visit a banking center.
Please note that loan payoff amounts over $3,500 must be paid in a banking center and cannot be accepted over the phone.
Amounts under $3,500 can be accepted by phone as an electronic check (eCheck) only, and not by credit card or debit card. There is also a fee associated with loan payments made by phone. You will need to have your routing number and account number to pay by eCheck.

How can I close a checking or savings account?
We do our best to ensure that you have the right financial solutions to fit your life. While we understand that closing an account may sometimes serve your needs best, we also hope that you will consider talking with one of our helpful experts at a nearby banking center. They may be able to find an account or service that is a better match for what you need. If you are moving, they can show you how to use digital banking services to make deposits and manage your account wherever you are. You also can review many of our account and service options on our website, including our Compare Checking Accounts page.
If you do have a situation in which you need to close your checking or savings account, the following information should help you:
If your account currently has a $0 balance
You may contact our Client Care center at 1-800-731-2265 or visit a nearby banking center. Your request may take 1-2 days to process. You will want to make sure any outstanding checks or debit card purchases have cleared before closing your account.If you still have money in your account
If your account currently has a balance, we will need a signature from you to close your account, so please visit a nearby Old National.If you aren’t able to close your account in person, you may be able to send a letter with your request by mail or fax, but additional verification is often needed with this method. We recommend that you contact the location where your account was opened, to check what specific information is required before sending your request. Contact information for each banking center is available on our website locator.

How do I apply for a business loan?
You will want to talk to a member of our business banking team, since the best loan solution can depend on your specific needs and goals. To help expedite the process when you apply for a business loan, visit our documents you will need page. Here we provide a checklist of items we need to consider your business loan request, including small business administration and commercial real estate loans.

How do I order small business checks?
There are several ways to order checks for your business:
- Order directly from our check order company, Harland Clarke, by calling them at 1-800-355-8123 or visiting www.OrderMyChecks.com. Once on the OrderMyChecks.com site, select Business next to account type. Be sure to have your routing and account number on hand. Note that Harland Clarke cannot update your address. If your address has changed, you must submit it through Old National before ordering checks.
- Log into Business Online Banking. Go to Additional Services and then select Check Reorder.
- You can also visit any Old National banking center or call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265 and an associate can assist you with a check order.
If you are a former KleinBank client, you are welcome to continue using your KleinBank checks until you run out; they will be accepted for at least two years.

Do you offer referral bonuses?
Yes, through our ReferLive program, clients can earn up to $500 per calendar year when they refer friends and family for a new eligible Old National checking account. Visit the ReferLive registration page to enroll and begin making referrals.
Requirements
Both the referrer and the new account holder receive a $50 Visa® Reward Card once the person referred completes the following requirements within 75 days of account opening:- Completes ten (10) debit card transactions (ATM withdrawals excluded) AND

Note that this offer is not available to any friend or family member who already has an Old National checking account, or is a joint owner for an existing checking account.

How do I set up automatic payments for my Old National loan?
For mortgage loans:
- You can set up automatic payments using Mortgage Manager within Online Banking. Visit our Mortgage Manager resource page for information on using Mortgage Manager. The following guides will walk you through setting up automatic payments:
- Enroll in Autopay - How to Enroll in Autopay guide
- As another option, you can download and return the Mortgage Loan Auto Pay form to set up automatic payments. This form can be returned to a banking center, mailed to PO Box 3789, Evansville, IN 47736 or emailed to mortops@oldnational.com.
For all other personal loans, such as auto loans:
- Download and return the Consumer Loan Auto Pay form to set up automatic payments. This form can be returned to a banking center or mailed to PO Box 3728, Evansville, IN 47736.
- You can also set up a repeat transfer of funds within Online Banking to make a regular payment on your Old National loan. Within Online Banking, go to Move Money and in the drop down select Make a Transfer to set up a repeat transfer from an Old National account. Select Loan Payment (under Move Money) to set up a repeat transfer from an account outside of Old National.
