    1. What does this change mean for me?

      Our commitment to our existing clients and communities is not changing. We are simply growing as a community bank, and we're gaining even more resources and expertise to serve you - and all of our clients - better. In fact, you will soon have full access to more than 250 banking centers across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin to manage your Old National account(s).

    2. What changes can I expect inside the banking center?

      Our banking centers are open. Appointments are accepted and encouraged.

      • Masks: Consistent with CDC guidance, we ask those not fully vaccinated to please wear a facemask while in the banking center. Please note that we may ask for additional verification due to mask wearing.
      • Shields and dividers: You also may notice Plexiglass shields and dividers at teller windows and other areas where you may interact with our team members.

      Please visit our locator for the status and hours of a specific location.

    3. Where can I find my Old National loan account number?

      Following are some options for obtaining your loan number:

      • If you have enrolled in eStatements, view your full loan number on your eStatements within Digital Banking. Note that your full loan number is not visible within account details in Digital Banking.
      • Look on your original loan paperwork, any loan coupon booklets or monthly paper statements you may have received.
      • Visit any Old National banking center or call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 4, for assistance.
    4. What information do I need to apply for a business loan?

      Our documents you will need page can help you prepare to apply for a business loan. Here you will find a checklist of items we will need to consider your business loan request, including small business administration and commercial real estate loans.

      You will also find a link to our Personal Financial Statement form, Personal Financial Statement WI Residents Only residents and our SBA Loan Submission Packet.

    5. How can I send a wire transfer for my business?

      To learn more about your options for sending domestic and international wires, including wire transfer fees, visit our Business Wire Transfers page

      Here you can also find information about ONPointe, our Treasury Management solution that enables clients to initiate secure wire transfers from their own computers.

      If your company regularly sends international wires, you may also want to talk with our Foreign Exchange (FX) Department directly at 1-800-704-3084. Along with helping clients make and receive payments in foreign exchange, the Old National FX Department can assist with ways to mitigate exchange rate risk.

    6. What is an SBA loan?

      SBA loans are guaranteed by the US Small Business Administration (up to a certain amount) and are issued by participating lenders, mostly banks. Old National is recognized as a Preferred Lender by the SBA and has many years of experience with the SBA 7(a) program, the SBA Express program and the SBA 504 program.

      SBA program benefits include smaller down payments, longer maturities with no balloon payment and fixed or floating rates. SBA loans typically provide more flexible financing at competitive terms that you might not otherwise qualify for. To learn more about SBA loans at Old National, please visit our SBA Loans page.

    7. Does Old National still offer gift cards?

      As of 10/31/19, Old National stopped offering gift cards, due to the increased availability of such cards in many retailers.

      If you have already purchased a gift card from Old National, you can continue to use it until its expiration date. You can also visit the gift card site to check the balance of any existing card you may have.

      If you have an issue with an existing gift card, please call the Visa number on the back of the card.

    8. Where can I find loan payoff information?

      For the correct amount to pay off a loan, please call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 4, or visit any Old National banking center.

      A loan's payoff information is not available within Online or Mobile Banking. The remaining balance shown on a loan within Online and Mobile Banking may not reflect all interest, fees, payments, etc. To obtain the correct amount to pay off a loan, it is best to call us or visit a banking center.

      Please note that loan payoff amounts over $3,500 must be paid in a banking center and cannot be accepted over the phone. 

      Amounts under $3,500 can be accepted by phone as an electronic check (eCheck) only, and not by credit card or debit card. There is also a fee associated with loan payments made by phone. You will need to have your routing number and account number to pay by eCheck.

    9. How do I change the address, phone number or email address on my account?

      To change your mailing address, Old National offers several options:

      Please note that changes can only be applied to the information for the person requesting the change. If there are additional people listed on the account, those individuals will need to request updates for their own information.

    10. How do I change my personal information for my loan?

      To change your mailing address, Old National offers several options:

      • Within Online Banking, go to My Settings. Click on How do I update this next to your address. This will take you to the Online Banking email box for you to send us a message requesting the change.
      • You may visit any Old National banking center and provide an updated photo ID or utility bill that contains the new address.
      • Download a Personal Address Change Form

      To change your phone number or email address:
