How do I transfer funds in Digital Banking?
Digital Banking
To transfer funds between your Old National deposit accounts: Choose Move Money and Make a Transfer. This will enable you to transfer funds between Old National accounts only. You can choose your accounts, select today's date and complete the transfer at that time. You can also select a future date or setup recurring transfers.
To transfer funds to your account at another financial institution: Choose Move Money and then External Funds Transfers. Please note that when adding a new account at another financial institution, the account will need to be verified, meaning you may not be able to transfer immediately.
To transfer funds from an Old National checking/savings account to pay on an Old National loan: For personal loans other than mortgage loans, choose Move Money and Make a Transfer. What are eStatements and how do I sign up for them?
eStatements are online, electronic copies of your account statements that you can quickly view, search, save and print. You can view them on your computer and your mobile device.
Signing up for eStatements
To enroll in eStatements through Online Banking or the Mobile App, just follow these simple steps:
On a web browser
- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Click eStatement Preferences under eStatements and check the box next to the account(s) for which you want to receive eStatements. If the box is already checked when you navigate to this page for the first time, please uncheck and re-check the box to ensure your preference is correctly saved.
- Read the Electronic Statement Authorization Agreement (eStatement Terms and Conditions). Your confirmation code will be visible at the end of the document. Copy this number and scroll up the page.
- Enter the six-character Confirmation Code in the box and hit Continue.
- Verify the email address where statement notifications should be sent and hit Accept.
On the Mobile App
Enrolling in eStatements from the Mobile App is similar. Watch our tutorial on signing up for eStatements from your phone.- Click on the Mobile Banking app and log in to your account.
- iOS users, choose More in the bottom right corner. Android users, tap the menu icon in the upper left.
- Click eStatement Preferences and check the box next to the account(s) for which you want to receive eStatements.
- Click Save Changes.
- On the confirmation page, click View Disclaimer to receive your Confirmation Code. Read the Electronic Statement Authorization Agreement (eStatement Terms and Conditions). Your confirmation code will be visible at the end of the document. Copy this number and scroll up the page.
- Enter or paste the six-character Confirmation Code and select Continue.
- Read the Consent and Authorization.
- Enter and verify the email address where statement notifications should be sent and click Accept.
Up to 18 months of eStatements may be immediately available upon enrollment. Note that enabling eStatements will stop the delivery of a paper statement to your mailing address.
Viewing eStatements
On a web browser
- You can view, search, save and print eStatements in Digital Banking.
- Under eStatements on the top menu, choose eStatements in the drop down.
- You will land on a page with links to eStatements you have previously viewed (under the Documents heading) and those you haven't yet viewed (under the Unviewed Documents heading).
- Choose eStatements under the appropriate heading.
- This will pull up a copy of the most recent eStatement. On the right side of the screen, you can select any other statements you want to view by date.
- Once you have found and opened the desired eStatement, you can find options for downloading and saving it or printing it on the upper right of the statement.
Note: Another way to search for a specific eStatement is to use the Document Search option at the top of the eStatements page.
In the Mobile App
- Sign in to your Mobile App. iOS users, choose More in the bottom right corner. Android users, tap the menu icon in the upper left. If you experience issues accessing your eStatements in the Mobile App, we encourage you to use a mobile browser instead.
- Tap eStatements under Account Services.
- You will land on a page with links to eStatements you have previously viewed (under the Documents heading) and those you haven't yet viewed (under the Unviewed Documents heading).
- Choose eStatements under the appropriate heading.
- Select the statement you want to view by date, which will open a copy of the statement on your phone.

My debit card was lost/stolen. How can I get a new one?
Please report your lost or stolen Old National debit card (24-hours a day) by calling 1-800-731-2265, option 2, in the US. If you are outside of the US, call 1-812-422-2197. We can order a new card for you at that time.
If you notice unauthorized activity on your debit card through Online and Mobile Banking, you can turn your card off right away with our Card Controls feature in Online Banking and the Mobile App.
Even if you use Card Controls to turn off your debit card, you should still contact us at 1-800-731-2265 to report the unauthorized activity on your card and obtain a new one.

How do I set up a recurring payment in Online Bill Pay?
From a Web Browser
- Log in to your Digital Banking account.
- Open Online Bill Pay.
- Locate the payee on your list.
- Under the Options list, select the Automatic Payment tab.
- Next, select the account you would like to pay from, the amount and the frequency.
- If you are sending the payment via check, you may Add a Memo (located under Amount).
- Under Frequency, you may select start and end dates for the payment, or choose No End Date to continue to make payments until you turn them off.
- Email notifications are also available for when the payment is scheduled, when the payment has been sent or before the last payment is sent.
- When you are satisfied with your payment information, click Save.
In the list of payments, you can easily see items that are set up with recurring payments. They are identified by the rotating arrow icon.
- Use the Edit button to edit a recurring payment, or you can change the entire payment rule.
- Click Add to make additional payments to a payee.
On the Mobile App
Recurring payments can be viewed and cancelled in the mobile app, but can only be setup and maintained from a web browser.- To view or cancel a recurring payment in the mobile app, tap Payment Center and then select Bill Pay.
- Tap Schedule.
- If you wish to cancel, tap the scheduled payment and tap Cancel payment.
- Tap Yes to confirm.

How can I know when my stimulus payment has been direct deposited to my account?
Visit the IRS Get My Payment (GMP) portal at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment to see if you can expect a 2021 Economic Impact Payment. The GMP portal will provide the date when your payment was or will be sent. If GMP reflects a direct deposit date and partial account information, then your payment has been deposited to that account.
If you haven't already, make sure you are enrolled in Old National Online and Mobile Banking. This will enable you to see a pending transaction from IRS TREAS, if the U.S. Treasury has sent your payment by ACH. You can monitor through Online and Mobile Banking to see when the deposit actually posts to your account making the funds available for use.
You can also set up text banking and automated alerts within Online Banking or push notifications (under settings) within our Mobile App, so you will be notified when a large deposit is made to your account or when your balance increases by a certain amount.

How can I change my Digital Banking password?
If you’d like to change your Digital Banking password, sign in to your Digital Banking account and in a web browser, click My Settings or the mobile app, tap More, then Settings, then My Settings. Click Edit for Password. You’ll be asked to enter your current password, then your new password. You’ll need to enter your new password a second time as well to confirm. Click Save to update your password.
If you need to change your password because you’ve forgotten it, for a web browser, go to the home page. In the blue Login box on the upper right side of the page, click on Forgot User ID or Password. In the Mobile App, tap Forgot Login. You will be asked to provide information to receive a temporary new password.
If, after trying the above, you are not able to reset your password, please call Client Care at 1-800-731-2265, Option 3, for login assistance.
Please note, that when requesting or resetting your User ID or Password, you will be asked to enter your email or phone number. For security purposes, the email or phone number you enter must match the email or phone number you have provided for your account. Also, if you reset your password you'll need to re-enable your biometrics. Within the Mobile App, navigate to More to access the settings and update your biometrics feature. -
How do I set up automatic debit card payments?
Autopay is a great way to avoid late fees and save time managing your bills and subscriptions for things like internet, phone, and streaming services. To set it up, contact your service provider and ask them to put your bill on autopay.
You can easily see which merchants you have automatic payments with in the Old National Mobile app.
